The place was very nice and comfortable. According to the listing, the whole place was rented, but when we arrived at the place, they said that we couldn't use the upstairs area, since they only let it be used when large groups arrive. We weren't informed that we had to leave a tip. These small details should always be communicated!!!!

Nice house and beautiful ocean view! The jacuzzi with ocean view is excellent! Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back!

A very nice and comfortable place for your stay, super nice and organized !!! Just take into account that the place does not have towels, but otherwise it's a very nice and comfortable place. The guy who received us was super attentive and helped us at all times!! Super recommended place, we will go again!! Thanks to the host who helped us at all times!!!!

It was a wonderful experience with a great one. We enjoyed your nice house with all the amenities as advertised. A spectacular view of the beach. There is a lifeguard station right in front of the house, which made us feel safer to use the beach. Yes, we would come back we would go back!!!! The young man who took care of us was very attentive to our needs and was ready if we needed anything for our comfort. Douglas was an excellent 5-star host🌟.

We had a great time! The house is very nice and has everything. It is the same as the photos. The guardian is very friendly.

It's the second time me and my family spent in the beach house Sol y Mar, and everytime Douglas and his staff makes us feel unique and special. the house and the hospitality plus the communication is totally worth anything. we've tried other beach guest houses before but nothing compares to Sol y Mar. You have to try it!!!

A very comfortable and nice ranch

Douglas was very responsive and was asking about our stay! There were a few things we didn’t know like the pool can’t be used after 10PM, there’s like a small soccer area almost in front of the house (on sand) so expect people playing there specially in the afternoon - just a heads up. Towels were not to be found - but we have brought our own same with sheets as one bed had like a small bug. The road as I had read on comments and because of rainy season had big holes - just be aware of it. Jose (the guy who’s actually there) was very helpful and communicating. Overall a good stay :)

Very nice and nice place, everything was clean and tidy. The street to get to the place is ground and due to the rains it is not in good condition but if you enter slowly with your car it should be no problem. In general, a very pleasant stay, 100% recommended.

Rancho is very nice, clean pool and caregiver are very friendly and helpful, Dirt road to get the the ranch, recommend and SUV, ranch is located 1 lane close to the beach. During the day there was a lifeguard on duty at the beach.

Very pleased with the place, clean ,safe and if so and how it is on the page.. We really enjoyed it. Surely we'll be back. That if Jose was very helpful and looked after us wonderfully!
