Joann and Cass were the BEST hosts I've ever dealt with. They were so kind and accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed, arranged transportation and even had a surprise waiting for my grown children's birthdays when we arrived! They made you feel like family. I will absolutely be back to stay again!!

Joann is by far the best Airbnb host we have ever had!! Cass and Joann are so friendly and welcoming. We immensely enjoyed our stay at casa Juanita. We used the chef services provided by Elizabeth, Saul and Isela. They are so kind, accommodating, and the food was exceptional! Great experience for every meal we had. The hospitality that we received from everyone was what made our experience so memorable!! Can’t wait to go back to Casa Juanita!! Thank you for such a great week!

We had a great stay at Casa Juanita! Joanne and Cass were really easy to communicate with before and during our stay. They had some good recommendations including having dinner and drinks made for us at the house by Chef Elizabeth! It made the travel day a breeze. The house itself was comfortable and we felt at home right away. We loved using the fire table out by the pool in the evenings and enjoyed bird watching right in the back yard. Thank you so much for having us!!

We loved our stay. Really gorgeous and private...super relaxing. I'd probably recommend renting a car to make getting around easier if you plan to be in and out at your own convenience. However, if you don't mind a bit of coordination Uber & the driver which the host recommend are very reliable. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Juanita.!! Wow we are so impressed…. We immediately felt welcome and at home with personal touches just for us (and our pooch) JoAnn and Cass were excellent to deal with, they both ensured we had everything we needed to have a great holiday. JoAnn’s knowledge of the area and network of local resources were amazing and made it so easy to plan activities, meals and get around ! They were friendly and fun but respectful of our privacy. The house is more beautiful in person, the pictures just don’t do it justice. It has this happy homey vibe and we felt relaxed right away. The sunrise and ocean views from the upstairs master suite king size bed are breathtaking. The bathrooms are spacious and clean and the beds are comfy. The pool is also fantastic! There are many services that come right to the house - amazing catering, massages and mani / pedis. The location is also great. Cabo and San Jose Del Cabo are each 20 minutes away. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week with our adult children. The Casa was perfect and private with views of ocean and dessert-like hillside. JoAnn and Cass were amazing hosts, responsive and welcoming. We really enjoyed the early morning walks with area residents and snowbirds. It is a bit of a walk to the beach and a drive to town for those who may want that convenience. However, Uber was readily available and facilitated by Joanne. All in all, a gem of a holiday!!!

My friends and I had an AMAZING time at Casa Juanita. We felt safe in the neighborhood, loved the pool and the view, the kitchen had everything we needed from coffee maker to blender, and the location was perfect in between downtown and San Jose. Playa Chileno, a beautiful swimming beach was less than five minutes away driving. The area was very private and quiet. I would easily recommend it to anyone and make a return!

Fantastic property situated between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. The home had plenty of space for our family to stretch out and enjoy a relaxing break...so many different areas in the house for each of us to find our own little nook. JoAnn and Cass were more than accommodating...quick to reply on our questions and requests that we had. Thank you for making our first trip to Cabo such a memorable one!

Amazing experience at Casa Jaunita. The house is simply stunning and so unique - pictures do not do it justice! The updated kitchen was beautiful. JoAnn and Cass were so accommodating. They let us barrow beach chairs and umbrellas for our beach excursions and even offered us rides to a wedding we were there for! We utilized the chef and had some of our most amazing meals (and margaritas!) in Mexico for a very reasonable price. Was very easy to book services prior to arrival and once there at the house. Would definitely stay again if visiting this part or Cabo!

JoAnn is a great communicator and we felt genuinely looked after. Overall we are very pleased. The house is well thought through from the guest perspective - you will find everything you may need for a relaxing stay (from beach towels to the entire beach ammunition to quality kitchen gadgets). We recommend this place without hesitation.

I recommended it was better in person the chef's can cook delicious food and joann was always checking up on us making sure everything was good for us we appreciate everything and we all love your home hopefully we can come back soon . aka casa de Juanita Los cabos.

This property is tucked away behind a security gate, so we immediately felt safe. The views are amazing, as is the property itself. Joann was wonderful in communicating with us both before our stay and throughout our stay to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed. We were all very happy with the property and couldn’t have asked for a better host or property. We will definitely be back. Thanks, Joann!

Amazing host,adorable house, thoughtful touches everywhere, JoAnn and Cass created and outstanding experience for my friends and I. The pictures don’t do this place justice it’s perfect!

JoAnn & Cass were very communicative leading up to our stay as they answered all my questions and clarified all of my confusions. I really appreciated the effort, it made a big difference in alleviating stress and it didn’t go unnoticed. I highly recommend that anyone going to Cabo should stay here. They will help you navigate you every step of the way. They offered additional services that were all very sweet. Seriously thank you for all your help and personal touch was truly incredible!

OMG, such a great place. We loved staying in this house, perfectly equipped, it lacks nothing. Located between Cabo San Lucas and San José Del Cabo, it's perfect, the best of both worlds. Small private residential area, but without having a close neighbor. Very nice swimming pool, sea view. I would highly recommend Casa Juanita.
