Our stay at Bungalow 10 was fantastic for our family of 4! It perfectly blended authentic Costa Rican charm with modern comfort - rustic yet refined without feeling overly luxurious. The beachfront views were incredible, and the location was ideal, and we witnessed a unique gorgeous sunset each night. We walked to town every day and always felt safe. The food at the bungalows was exceptional, and the service was outstanding from everyone we encountered. A special thank you to Ilse, our concierge, who made our trip seamless. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared that we had the best experience possible. Her recommendations and attention to detail made all the difference. If you’re looking for a beautiful, walkable place to experience Tamarindo with amazing hospitality, Bungalow 10 is an easy recommendation. We’d gladly stay here again!

This place was amazing. I was blowing away the location. The staff at the resort were amazing. The CR breakfast was amazing. The service top notch. Ilse my concierge was amazing. Looking forward in returning.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Amor del Mar and would absolutely return. The location couldn't be better ... It sits right on the beach, yet just a short walk to great restaurants, shops, and everything Tamarindo has to offer. It felt private while still being close to all the action - with an open air Jacuzzi too. The house was beautiful, full of character, and perfect for our group of three couples. We loved the unique ensuite outdoor showers and the overall design... This place is definitely insta worthy ! Cant sing enough praises for the staff. A special thank you to Ilse, who made everything effortless from start to finish, and Pablo, who took wonderful care of us at the restaurant. Their hospitality truly elevated our stay. The only minor downside during our July visit was the mosquitoes after sunset, but that's to be expected during the rainy season. Just bring bug spray! An unforgettable stay - we'd happily return and highly recommend Casa Amor del Mar.

Amazing! Feel so lucky to have stayed here. Very cool and quirky house! So fun to be directly on the beach. The waterfall showers are such a cool experience. Ilse and Mika were super helpful and accommodating!

From the moment we arrived I knew we were going to have a wonderful time. Ilsa made us feel so welcome. We chose this Airbnb for my 60th birthday and our 35th wedding anniversary(which is one the same day) our room was totally decorated for both occasions. Most of the time we were helped by Jamie Kenya and Pablo…they also were amazing. The room, the people, the beach and food were also amazing! We will definitely come back!

The bungalows are very creative and beautiful, the host and onsite staff are very friendly and super attentive. They know you by name and always happy to greet you and meet any of your needs. I had a fantastic time and I didn’t go without anything, they made sure I was super comfortable and relaxed. The location and services were excellent. And the onsite food was amazing ! 10/10 highly recommend.

This stay well exceeded our expectations. the staff greeted us by name as soon as we stepped out of our vehicle and carried all of our luggage to our bungalow. The bartenders and servers at the beach club because like family. Remembering our names and recommending food, and drink to have a fully immersive local experience made this stay special. Last but not least, Issa made our whole stay. She looked after us the entire time we were on the property. Best Air BNB experience we've ever had 10/10

We had an incredible stay in Tamarindo. This property has so much going for it, but the location alone is hard to beat. You are truly right on the beach — about 30 steps from the water. The house is beautiful, exactly as pictured, and very well equipped. Everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully done, from the high-quality linens and towels to the amazing bathrooms in the two master suites. I’m going to miss that stone shower. Having access to the Ocho Beach Club was another major highlight. The bar, restaurant, and beach loungers added a lot to the experience, and the food at Ocho was very good. We ended up eating there several times. What really made the stay stand out, though, was the staff. Ilse was exceptional — organized, responsive, and incredibly helpful. She arranged a mangrove tour, snorkeling, dinner reservations, and our airport transfer. She made everything easy for us. Highly recommend.

This place is exactly like the photos! So beautiful, comfy, unique, directly on the beach, and close to everything! It’s attached to the ocho resort, so you literally have everything at your finger tips (good food, beach beds, drinks, etc). This is the only house on the beach so you kinda feel like royalty. 10/10 recommend and would have loved to just move in there forever.

Absolutely hands down the best customer service we have ever received! Every employee was absolutely wonderful to interact with! Ilse our concierge was the most amazing woman always trying to take care of us and make our stay the best it could be. We loved her. Food was amazing! Bed was sooo comfortable and the showers were nice and hot!

A beautiful stay right on the beach. Such a cool experience overall, with a great host and a very fun beach club nearby. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back.

ILSE the concierge was incredible and the wait staff always had a friendly smile and responded to everything we asked for. The room had an amazing view and the food was fantastic. We will be back.

Great location right on the beach, and close by (walking distance) to everything in town. No car needed in this town. We took a day trip (hired a private van) over to Liberia (national park) for the waterfall & hot springs one day.
