A beautifully designed property with absolutely stunning views.

An absolutely perfect stay! The house is beautiful, very comfortable and perfectly equipped. The view from the bedroom is truly exceptional and makes waking up amazing. Everything was impeccable, pleasant and as expected. We loved our stay and would recommend this house without hesitation!

We absolutely loved our stay! The setting is spectacular. Beautiful house - particularly pool and master bedroom. House had everything we wanted - so much so we didn’t want to eat out in the evening. 2 nights not long enough. Ordered in a take out 1st night, so that we could enjoy the setting. Alvaro responded immediately with any questions! I left our passports in the safe on departure and had to return the next day😬🙄. Alvaro couldn’t have been more helpful and helped me sort for him to access house at a time to suit me! So kind particularly when I was in Manual Antonio and very stressed. Apart from that issue, my fault entirely, it was the whole family’s favourite place that we have stayed in, on our 2.5 week trip around Costa Rica❤️☀️

Alvaro is a great host, very friendly and reactive, and gave us excellent recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. The location is wonderful, isolated and calm, with a great view on the forest around it, although it’s a bit far away (15 minutes by car) from the nearest village. The house is modern, very well equipped, and perfectly clean. The price is aligned with other Airbnb in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home . The location was perfect — close to all the area's attractions, restaurants, and activities, yet peaceful and private with an incredible view of the Gulf of Nicoya and the surrounding mountains. The house was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The heated pool was a fantastic bonus and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Our host was exceptional — friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Monteverde and would happily stay here again.

Villa 3 was beautiful! Alvaro was a responsive host and his home was just as advertised with amazing views and very clean. My family of 4 spent 2 nights there and we all had plenty of space. The views from the villa are spectacular. The pool was heated just right and ready for our enjoyment upon arrival. Villa3 is the type of place you don’t want to leave and just enjoy. Definitely one of the top Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at.

Highly recommended! The house is beautiful, full of details and surprises! It's very comfortable and has everything you need. A perfect distance from downtown Santa Elena. The pool is 100% heated, perfect for the Monteverde climate! The host is super friendly and responds very quickly.

We had a wonderful few days in Villa Três. It was as good as the reviews described and better. The views, particularly in the morning and at sunset were spectacular. Communication was top notch, every query was answered so quickly. We would strongly recommend this villa (as a bit of a splurge option) for any couple or small family staying in Monteverde.

Wow - what a find this is. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Saying it’s a stunning house with a stunning view still doesn’t do it justice. Alvaro and Silvia have really thought of everything to make their home a truly 5 star experience. We stayed here for 3 nights with our 2 kids (9 and 12) and none of us wanted to leave. The home is beautifully appointed with thoughtful touches everywhere. Don’t hesitate to book - you won’t be disappointed! From start to finish, it was wonderful communicating with Alvaro and Silvia. They were super responsive with details about the house and recommendations for the area. Would absolutely stay again and hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful time at villa 3! Our kids enjoyed the pool and the adults got to relax with a beautiful sunset view! We would definitely return next time our travels bring us to Monteverde!
