We had a great visit to Nosara. Carlos was helpful with local recommendations. He even secured an atv for us at the last minute! He was very responsive and communicated clearly. His co host met us upon arrival to go through everything about the house. Any questions along the way were answered in a timely manner. The house is walking distance to a lot that Nosara has to offer. We had a great time!

Great location in Playa Guiones with a 10 minute walk to the beach. WONDERFUL to have the pool for cooling off. 4 restaurants within walking distance. Carlos was the most helpful and responsive host we have had at an AirBnB. So helpful to have someone book things for you and help arrange if your Spanish is “um poquito” like ours. Really enjoyed our stay!

Carlos is the best. He’s so helpful and knows all the things. His place is great. What I loved most about it was the fact that it was on the southern side of town and directly up from Bakers Beach. Loved surfing there and getting away from the crowd.

Our family of four had a great stay at Carlos's guest house. It was clean, safe, and exactly as described. The house had everything we needed to cook a few meals, and have a comfortable base while exploring the area. Carlos was very quick to answer our questions, and offer suggestions for things to do in the area. I would definitely recommend this house to other guests.

Perfect house for six of us in July. Super quiet, clean, well stocked kitchen, endless supply towels, and a great washer and dryer were all greatly appreciated. We were greeted by monkeys the first day, and a surprising lack of mosquitos. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Carlos was very attentive and excellent at replying in a timely fashion. Highly recommend.

Carlos’ place was the perfect spot for our crew of 6’s surf trip. The home was clean and comfortable with tons of outdoor seating options and a private pool. Howler Monkeys made their way to the Mango tree out back every evening and were a blast to watch as they leapt tree to tree. A 10 minute walk will have you on Playa Guiones’ southern end. Carlos knows the area well and was very friendly and accommodating, we’d happily book with him again. Thanks for everything, Carlos!

Carlos is an excellent host, always attentive. The house is very nice, clean and with all facilities. Carlos can also indicate the best activities in Nosara. Highly recommended.

Great house! Great location as well, walking distance to the beach. However, I do recommend renting a golf cart or atv to make getting around nosara easier. It’s not a big place, and while maps show walking distances not too far, it would be a lot harder than it looks. (We planned to walk based on maps, but decided to rent a golf cart, best decision!) The pool was lovely and the host lives on property but we felt completely private. Monkeys graced our presence every morning right off the porch. Don’t hesitate, we loved it!

This house might not be the newest, but it had everything we needed. The owner lived nearby and was available to help if we had any issues. It was private, we had a pool, and could do laundry as needed
