Clean and Spacious Airbnb located very close to the beach. A group of 10 Guests and I stayed here for about a week and it was everything we needed. Sylvia was very responsive and was flexible with adding guests to our original booking.

Had a wonderful stay! The check in was seamless and the place was sparkling clean. The beach club passes were a lovely bonus. The location is perfect for folks who want to be close to the action and beach but still enjoy calmer quiet late hours. The building is very strict about the no noise after 10pm - as long as you’re indoors with windows closed it’s no issue. Our first night we were on the roof after 10 playing quiet music and talked and the security guy asked us to turn it off. It was no issue - we knew about sound curfew but I guess the sound carries more than we expected. Wonderful stay! Thank you for everything.

A hurricane hit the area right before we arrived so I think they did a good job of getting the property ready for us as best as possible before our arrival. Communication was easy and quick.

Sylvia, Gabriela and Marco were very attentive to everything we needed and/or questions and recommendations that we asked for, they answered very quickly. The place is on the top floor and you have your own elevator!! (super plus) The location is perfect, one block from the beach (you just have to surround a building in front and you arrive very fast (on foot). Something that I also charm is that they have an agreement with a beach club in front of the beach and it is already open! You have "day passes" included. The only thing I would like to highlight is that you have an electricity limit to spend per day, I recommend that you check what it is from the main one so that there is no misunderstanding at check-out time since you are charged 5 pesos per KW that you pass and you have to pay in cash. From there, everything is very good , recommended. Yes, we would definitely come back.

The place is beautifully located . The reach is around the corner and restaurants are local . My favorite part of this place was the 5 bathrooms it had . No one had to wait to use it . Thank you so much Sylvia

Sylvia's place was amazing! She's thought of everything. The place is huge with tons of different spots in which to hang out. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you need. I cooked almost everyday with no problems. The pool was, of course the best part especially since the beach was semi-closed due to COVID. There's so much space on the rooftop to just do whatever and it's pretty quiet. The private elevator was also pretty cool. We were happy to have a 7-11 in the building as well as an Italian restaurant. Also, just a few minutes walk down the street is La Vagabunda which is where we ate breakfast and a few dinners. We recommend bringing some pool floats like we did so you can enjoy the pool to the fullest.

Let me Start off with how great overall this place is, Very quiet area and very safe location. There is a 7 eleven that is below the building which is very convenient. There is a good pizza place which is amazing. Now I'm going to go over things I didn't Like... The entrance to the building is VERY annoying with a fingerprint scanner. Makes the process very frustrating because the exit is needed also and system fails when you are wet. We didn't like the fact that cleaning fee doesn't include Dishes and taking out the trash. I mean who would go on a vacation to clean dishes even with cleaning fees? besides all that it was a very pleasant stay. Host is amazing and totally friendly.

I tell you that the biometric access control was installed in the condominium thinking of giving even more security and comfort to the guests. The biometric checker is the most efficient access control system on the market in Mexico. Regarding the cleaning fee, it is a fixed standard charge that refers to the preparation costs of the Penthouse (two days of preparation, maintenance, sanitation by Covid-19 protocol and cleaning are required before the arrival of the guests), it does not include washing of dishes and kitchen utensils used by the guests during their stay, or deposit the garbage in the condominium dumpster which is also part of the Covid health protocol, each group of guests must deposit their garbage bags in the dumpster before their departure . They were writing to me all the time with complaints, they changed the regulations just to apply a fine that they did not have stipulated before, I took screenshots of everything, because in the end they change some things at your convenience, they check the point of exaggeration every detail, check very well in detail how they receive the apartment because in the upstairs area they wanted to charge a burned artificial zacate and it was a cut for the connection of the pump.

Mensaje para nuestros estimados y estimadas visitantes: Liliana no se ajusta a la verdad en su comentario, no se cambió el reglamento que ella misma firmó al momento del registro en el condominio, tampoco se le aplicó ninguna multa. Desde la primera noche de su llegada ella no cumplió las reglas de la casa ni del condominio, lo que ocasionó gran estrés, especialmente a altas horas de la madrugada con llamadas y reportes de seguridad del condominio por música a alto volumen, gritos, ingreso de gente no autorizada, personas lanzando colillas de cigarrillos, etc. El penthouse es un lugar para no fumadores y ellos fumaron sin control quemando finalmente parte del pasto sintético de la azotea y poniendo en riesgo de incendio el Penthouse. Encontramos decenas de colillas de cigarrillos esparcidas, incluso flotando en el agua de la alberca, hubo que revisar el filtro del motor de la alberca ya que se bloquea si le llega a entrar una colilla de cigarrillos. Como ya mencionado Liliana firmó la hoja estándar de registro en el condominio al momento del check-in (la misma hoja que han firmado más de 50 huéspedes en el último periodo sin jamás presentarse un problema). La hoja dice claramente que no se admiten visitas sin autorización por escrito, sin embargo ella ingresó gente igualmente sin pedir autorización en ningún momento, el guardia nocturno vio salir 11 visitantes del Penthouse solo en una noche, finalmente no se le cobró ninguna multa, aplicando todo el equipo el máximo de paciencia posible. Comprendemos que eran jóvenes de vacaciones con ánimo de fiesta y perdieron el control, pero el estrés que ocasionaron nos ayudó a reafirmar la decisión de no recibir más grupos de jóvenes que vengan a hacer fiesta. El condominio es un hermoso espacio de descanso, tiene una amplia y cómoda azotea con la alberca privada de condominio más grande de Playa del Carmen, tiene zona de descanso techada con hamacas, comedor y zona lounge, es ideal para descansar y encontrarse en familia y con amigos. Hace 5 años que soy Superhost en Airbnb y esta experiencia sin duda me aportara aun mas herramientas para seguir dándoles a nuestros huéspedes el espacio mas cómodo y la experiencia mas hermosa que puedan llevarse en su memoria. * Los invito a leer las 50 reseñas previas con calificación 5 estrellas.

Sylvias place was amazing. Great location right in the center of Playa. The private pool roof top is great and you have it all to yourself. The apartment is modern and has all you need. Has a private elevator so you never need to go up stairs. Communication was seamless. No issues, highly recommended!

Sylvia was an excellent host. Upon our arrival, someone was there to greet us and give us a tour of the place. Sylvia was also very responsive to all of our emails and ensured that we had everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely be back!
