This was a great spot! Very happy we chose it. Nice and clean, and comfortable to work as well.

First of all, Maria and Sebastian are amazing hosts, who helped us with transfer, local recommendations and whatever we needed, very responsive and friendly. The location is the best - right in front of Cinta Costera (paseo del mar) where you can walk, run, bike (you can rent whatever has wheels), play paddle; there're playgrounds for kids etc. For Christmas and New Year it was beautifully decorated with lights. Along Cinta Costera it takes a 45 min walk (or a few minutes drive) to get to Casco Antiguo. In the building there're several good restaurants (we liked Filomena the most) and a great grocery store (Foodie). In the adjacent streets there's plenty of simple but good eateries (try Fishmarket for whole grilled octopus). The area is upmarket and safe. The apartment is just like on the photos, with beautiful modern design, quality furniture, and a breathtaking sea and Casco Antiguo views. It's much more spacious than on the photos. Overall a great experience.

The apartment is beautiful, with a spectacular view and very tasteful decor. It's comfortable, clean and exactly as seen in the photos and even better. Everything was in excellent condition and the space feels very cozy. Communication was very good from the start, always attentive and clear. It's definitely a great option to stay in Panama. I highly recommend it and would go back without thinking.

5 stars is less for this amazing place right in the heart of Panama city. Everything is conveniently located near the building including the Hilton hotel casino which is right next door. The apartment itself was even better than the pictures. Has all the amenities and is very spacious. As a result we enjoyed staying in more than going out :). The other nice thing is that the building is highly secure so you have a peace of mind. As a host, Maria was very responsive and kept checking in to see if we needed anything. She also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and sight seeing.

Love this contemporary space. It was just perfect for the 4 of us and an infant. Very unique decors, with a fantastic view of the Balboa Avenue and the lovely city ocean view! Maria was a very responsive host, she always got back to you within minutes. The location is very convenient with walking distance to all kind of restaurants, little markets, pharmacies etc. We felt super safe, and the lobby staff were also friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to family and friends and also would love to stay here again when we are in town. Also if you don’t have your own transportation, Maria will refer you a local driver, Jaime. His car was very spacious with great AC. Thank you Maria for making our trip a memorial one with your hospitality and wonderful recommendations!

First off Maria was very communicative and responded very fast. She even sent recommendations on what to do in Panama and around the condo location. The building was very nice and safe with front desk security. The location was great with a lot of restaurants/bar within walking distance. I highly recommend Filomena which was a very great restaurant with nice views of the city and it was located in the same building. There is also a small grocery store on the back side of the condo building that has your main grocery needs and beverages. The condo itself was amazing with unbelievable views. There is a lot of space with two nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. The washer and dryer inside the unit was a plus. The work station in the living looking out towards the water was perfect and the WIFI worked great. I had work to do and had no problem working from the condo.Uber is very easy to get. The gym in the building was also a nice add on. When I come back, I will definitely stay here again.

Stylish, spacious and modern two bed apartment with stunning views. Bed large and comfy. Great restaurants in the building. Host very responsive and helpful. Would stay again. NB - other recent reviews have made negative comments about the WiFi. We found the connection to be great and had no issues with the WiFi and used it for streaming, work and connecting baby monitors.

It's just like the description says! Super view of the bay! Central and easy to get around the city, everything you need is just a few minutes walk!

My friends and I stayed at Maria’s luxury condo in Panama City for our birthday. The place looks exactly like the pictures if not even more beautiful in person. It was clean and smelt amazing. The view was breathtaking! And the location is very close to many excursions/ restaurants. Maria was a great host who responded fast and gave us suggestions on places we should visit. She was also very accommodating seeing that we booked day of. The area around the hotel felt very safe! There is security on site 24/7, and they are very polite. I would definitely stay again 5/5. 5 Stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Maria’s Place was truly outstanding. We only stayed one night during our visit to Panama, but it instantly became one of my favorite properties I’ve ever stayed in. The house itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and pristine in every way. Maria is an incredible host, warm, informative, and genuinely caring. She gave us the most amazing recommendations that completely elevated our trip, and thanks to her we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the restaurant within the building. Her hospitality really made the stay special. The building is quirky and full of character, with the bonus of having both a gym and a pool. Everything felt secure, clean, and thoughtfully put together. I’ve traveled to Panama many times, and this is by far one of the best places I’ve experienced. I cannot recommend Maria’s Place enough and will absolutely be back. If you’re visiting Panama, do yourself a favor and stay here, you’ll be so glad you did!

It's a very nice and comfortable apartment, it has an excellent view and location. It's worth it, it has many amenities and services, valet parking, the building staff are very helpful. Very quiet and noisy. Many activities and restaurants nearby.

I had a great stay! The place was clean and well-maintained, with incredible views of both the city and the ocean. There was so much to do in the area, and the location was perfect—close to major attractions and surrounded by great food options, including some right in the building. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

We had a great stay in Panama! Maria was super responsive, friendly and gave us great recommendations. The pool is amazing and clean. The beds and sofa are very comfortable. Very clean and well stocked with cookware and utensils. The balcony is peaceful with a beautiful view also. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria's beautiful home. It's well appointed, beautifully decorated and still very comfortable. The view is incredible, kitchen and baths had everything we needed to enjoy our extended visit. I highly recommend booking your stay in Panama with Maria...you won't be disappointed.
