Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Tropical. The house was beautiful and the host was very responsive. We felt secure since the house is in gated community. One thing to note is that there is no air conditioning in the bathrooms and common areas. Yvan also provided some great local recommendations. Great stay!

It was an amazing place . With some unnecessary restrictions but in order to keep the place at such high standards I can see why they are so strict . I would definitely be back to the place . Would love just to be able to party with friend at a respectable level of course . Love the spaces , plants and rooms .

This villa left us speechless, it's so beautiful! The decor, the design, the atmosphere are extraordinary. Yvan is a very available and responsive host in discussions. The accommodation is well located a few steps from the center of Granada with all the restaurants. We had a great time at this villa, I can only recommend it if you are going to Granada.

Yvon was always responsive whenever we came up with any issues or questions. Gave us great recommendations on chiefs/ restaurant to eat at. The air BNB was always breathtaking stepping in through the door.

The villa is true to the photos!! It's even more heavenly in real life than in the pictures!!! We will definitely go back! We had a wonderful time there!

Yvan was very friendly and responsive prior to check in. I almost had to cancel due to an illness and he worked with me as much as possible to fill the space. In the end, we kept it and I appreciated his willingness to work with me. It's a gorgeous house and we basically didn't want to leave the entire time. The only thing we found odd was that there was not much drinkable water in the house. There were a couple 1lt bottles but not a big 5 gallon bottle in the kitchen. I would have thought they would be provided. So be prepared and bring water. Thanks for the great stay and the beautiful place! Highly recommended.

Yvan and his team were incredible. Being able to stay in a gorgeously designed, architecturally stunning, well-appointed private home, but still have five-star hotel level concierge benefits made our two-week trip truly unforgettable. I cannot recommend this stay enough. While the home was completely private and secure, unlike an all-inclusive, you aren't cloistered away from the local vibes. It truly was the best of both worlds on all fronts. We can't wait to visit again.

I had a great time at Casa Tropical! The Airbnb is more beautiful in person and has plenty of space. The people and the area are very nice and helpful.

Absolutely one of my favorite airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Definition of a hidden gem. Paradise once you walk past the front gates. Was hard to leave such a cool venue. Would highly recommend. I appreciate the architectural inspiration!

Yvan's home was chic, peaceful, impeccable. The pictures don't do it justice. Will definitely book on the next travel to Granada, Nicaragua.

I came here with a bunch of friends for a boys trip and the house was amazing. Looks better in real life than the pictures and Yvan is extremely helpful and responsive. I definitely recommend staying here for anyone.

The house is spectacular, excellent decoration, design and use of space. It's a very tastefully made house. It has everything you need and is a luxury experience. The host always supported us from the first moment with everything we needed and his team is attentive and supports any request. Excellent communication from the start and five-star service. I definitely recommend it

The property looks even better in person. The check in process was straightforward I met with someone that provided me with the house keys and showed me to the property. The house was gorgeous and very clean. Local to a lot of restaurants and lounges. The host always responded quickly if I had questions and checked up on me during my stay. About 1 hour away from the main airport. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Nicaragua. 🩷
