The townhome looked just as stunning as the photos in the listing. We were informed by Tania about a scheduled power outage on the day we arrived, which we really appreciated. There’s so much to do within the resort! We loved the Beach Club and golf course, and honestly, we didn’t even miss the electricity. The resort offers plenty of activities to keep you entertained, from golf and surfing to pickleball and relaxing by the pool. We will definitely visit Hacianda Iguana again.

Tania wa great to communicate with, we arrived in the dark (much later than expected) and had a little trouble finding it but she was wonderful. The house on the beach is a dream and jsut walking to the surf break every morning..... We will 100% be back!

This place is spectacular; every corner of the house is full of character. I found it more beautiful than what is shown in the photos. All areas are very well equipped with everything you need—and more—to have a wonderful stay. Tania was always available to answer my questions and, if possible, to help me.

We loved the house. It was perfect for my daughter and me: very comfortable, bright and tastefully decorated. You can see the care in every detail, everything is clean, functional and in excellent condition. Everything we needed was there, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back!

Hacienda Iguana is heaven on Earth, and the CostaMar condos are the front row seats to the show. Absolutely gorgeous, as close to Panga Drops as you can physically be without actually being in the ocean. Beautiful moon and star gazing on the roof patio. Amazing views from every room, gorgeous and comfortable decor, I can’t say enough. Tania was a WONDERFUL host and we will be back ASAP! I’ve been to Iguana 6 times now, stayed in some lovely homes- CostaMar takes the prize!!

This airbnb was perfect for what were looking for- a nice place on the beach, close to places to eat, and just somewhere not pretentious or expensive. We had everything we needed at a great price.
