Tabata

Tabata and her family were beautiful hosts. We stayed in for 4 amazing weeks. It was easy to find the place and compared to other roads in CR, it's pretty easy to access. We used the small pool attached to the house frequently and the larger pool down the steps a few times too. The outdoor hose and shower came in handy as we went to the beach daily. Multiple beaches that are between 3 and 10 minutes away by car. Howler monkeys were regular visitors. Some of the house rules take some getting used to (turn off the ac, no TP in the toilet, throw food waste outside, etc.) but it didn't take away from our stay. We would stay here again. Thanks!

Casa Siempre Verde was a fantastic place to stay while in Nosara. The house is very spacious and quiet. The pool located right outside the back door was a highlight for my two kids. The hosts were the friendliest and most accommodating Airbnb hosts I've experienced. The location was perfectly situated between Playa Pelada and Guiones with a local trail right from the house to both, and was high enough on the hill to provide great views. Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay! Tabata and Ricardo were friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our visit. The place was comfortable, felt very secure, and was conveniently located close to everything we needed. We'd happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Nosara area.

We really loved staying at Casa Siempré! Walking distance from great restaurants and cafes, the beach and hiking trails! We loved the spaciousness and quietness it offered lending us a really relaxing and beautiful experience! We highly recommend this place!

We had so much fun for our first visit to Nosara. We were traveling with our two kids, 18 and 16 y.o. Having three bedrooms was great. We absolutely loved the deck/pool area. The howlers monkeys are so entertaining and some mornings we’re in the trees right by the house. Being able to walk to the beach was great!! We still loved having a car to explore but what a great location. Tabata was a wonderful host, so responsive and lovely to talk to.

This is a beautiful home and Tabata and Ricardo were great hosts! The home is surrounded by nature and secluded. The pool is a great place every time of day but especially in the evening. The home is close to great restaurants and multiple beaches (Pelada & Guiones). The home is a true gem!

This place is perfectly located! Walkable distance to the beach and town and felt very private. The deck area was our absolute favorite to hang out in! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Incredible Hosts, next level location. And beautiful house! Everything was well above and beyond our expectations! Very nice family and extremely attentive hosts. FIVE STAR!!!

Our family had a beautiful week at Casa Siempre Verde. The private setting was perfect for our family to enjoy the views from the outdoor space -morning coffee to Sunset. From floating in the private pool to laying on the day bed. We loved the butterflies & hummingbirds! The trail through the jungle to either Playa Pelada or Playa Guiones was a fun walk to coffee, food, shopping. As a family of surfers we enjoyed the quick access to local surf spots ( we did drive with boards & beach stuff but just a few minutes to Nosara & a few other spots). Sunsets are always an event! Ricardo & Tabata were genuinely welcoming & easy to communicate with. We look forwarding to returning.

Didn’t realize I only had 1000 characters because I could say so much good about our stay. House was super clean, private pool was amazing and maybe the best part. Beach was a 15 minute walk but were amazing and worth the walk, bedrooms very comfortable, location is very rural, house felt very secure, rent a car or a golf cart to make life easier, we drank the water and felt fine but mostly drank bottled, atv tour to see sugar cane and waterfall was amazing, weather was perfect, very cool restaurant nearby (Yu slow). Guiones had an amazing town with shops and food. Our hosts were amazing. Very friendly and responsive. Felt like we built a quick friendship. They are a beautiful family and live right on the property but in another house. Overall I would say the stay was a 9.5. Only tough part was the ride to and from the airport. I couldn’t believe how amazing everything came together and how our trip turned out. Thanks for everything Tabata we really appreciated you and Riccardo

Fantastic place sitting atop a hill on a quiet road. Just as pictured and hosts were great! We had a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay here! The views alone were worth it! Watching sunset from the porch was spectacular. The pools are super clean and so enjoyable. Animals were a daily siting and the location is perfect. Tabata was always available and very friendly! We will be back!
