We had a lovely stay at the Natural Wonders house! The surroundings are beautiful and we saw several wild animals! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Daniela is a very responsive host and even helped organize an excursion for us.

Daniela was wonderful and responsive. The house is lovely with many personal touches. It offers big windows and many lovely places to sit and walk. We saw lots of birds and wildlife right on the property. Daniela helped us with transportation many times...so sweet.

Despite the wetter than we expected weather, we still had a lovely time. Wind and rain were exciting, while we were nice and cozy inside. Gorgeous surroundings, felt like we were in a treehouse with windows on all sides facing into green! Very private, and we felt comfortable leaving the curtains open all the time.

A lovely place surrounded by nature and close to Santa Elena and the cloud forests.

Lovely home; the large windows are amazing. Right in the middle of the beautiful forest. There are plenty of short walks nearby, which is very convenient with the kids. The house is fully equipped. Lovely decor. There were a few maintenance issues. A balcony with an amazing sunset. Everything is very, very beautiful. Daniela was lovely and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at Natural Wonders House was incredible. The house is spacious and has everything you need to feel at home - well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, good water pressure and hot water. Daniela was an excellent host and very helpful during the whole process helping book tours etc. The kids loved the playground available to guests and the breakfast spot was very good as well. We didn't have a car during our stay and found the location very walkable, but taxi are available as well. We loved relaxing in the house and viewing all the wildlife from the viewing decks. Saw toucans, monkeys, lots of birds and agouti. The house gets warm during the day in the sun but we didn't mind because the mornings and evenings are cool and we mostly stayed outside and enjoyed the breeze. It was magical stay we will fondly remember and highly recommend.

A uniquely and thoughtfully designed house in a beautiful setting. The connection with nature and the observation deck with a commanding view of the valley are gorgeous.

This is a strikingly beautiful and very unique house that was clearly designed and built with great care, creativity and love. I lay in bed at night watching the stars through the floor-to-ceiling bedroom window. The next morning, I enjoyed a magnificent view from the observation deck high above the house. Guests have access to a private park and playground, and a network of forest trails. The Vargas family clearly cares about giving their guests a memorable experience. The house is designed with many unusual and beautiful details (for example, the wooden bird carvings above the ceiling lights, each different). Customer service was thoughtful and generous (a homemade banana bread was waiting for me when I arrived). This is a very special Airbnb and I highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay with the Vargas family in the Natural Wonders house and Daniela was an excellent and very responsive host. The house was very comfortable, had everything we needed, the interior was beautifully decorated with wonderful woodwork, and the large windows let in lots of light. We enjoyed watching for wildlife from the living room and deck. And we especially enjoyed watching the sun set from the viewing platform above the roof. The house sits on a large piece of private property with several other rental houses tucked out of sight in the woods. There are trails in the woods you can wander and a large playground for kids. They also serve a yummy breakfast at a great price at their guest-only breakfast café near the park. I would highly recommend staying here, especially for families with kids or those that would like to just take it slow and relax. There are several nice restaurants within a 10-minute walk and town is about a 20-minute walk with a few hills.

Easy in/out. Felt safe. Close to town. Fun park nearby for kids. Home is much better in person than the pictures show

The whole family loved this house. The private garden and observation deck from which we could observe many birds and butterflies were fabulous! I would recommend this place without hesitation.

What an amazing house! We ran into a few problems, totally out of the control of our hosts, and they could not have been more amazing and helpful! They truly went above and beyond to help us. The whole Vargas family, but especially Daniela, were amazing! The house is cool, the property is unique and the surrounding area is gorgeous. Our kids loved the outdoor space and nearby playground.

The pictures absolutely do NOT do it justice. The house is gorgeous! All the details from floor to ceiling are beautiful. Daniela was super responsive with questions I had and was proactive with communication. Saw tons of birds, coatis and agoutis. Don’t hesitate! Book it!
