Great host! Great condo and lovely area. The place to stay when you’re in Playa del Carmen

We had a wonderful stay at Isaac's condo with our young kids. The condo was spacious and bright - immaculately clean and had everything we needed for a week-long stay. Isaac and Claudio went out of their way to accommodate our family with pool toys and outdoor activities for the kids. The location of the condo could not have been better, the kids walked a few steps down right into the enormous pool where they could have spent hours. We saw animals meandering around and the staff were incredibly friendly. The beds in the house were extremely comfortable and the rooms were bigger than I expected. The open-concept loft bedroom upstairs was open to the living room, providing a lot of light! Highly recommend a stay at Isaac's place at the AWA!

Our stay at AWA Playacar was wonderful. The property was beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a family getaway. We especially loved the relaxing pool area, which made it easy to unwind and enjoy the trip. The location was also very convenient, with a small store, coffee shop, and restaurants within walking distance. It was easy to bike into Playa del Carmen, which made exploring the area simple and fun. Overall, it was an amazing family stay, and we would definitely recommend it.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay! Absolutely everything was on point from walking to the shops, restaurants and beaches to feeling at home in the condo. The biggest bonus was the double outdoor patio that led to the pool. I feel like this is the best location in the complex. It felt very comfortable clean, and the atmosphere was absolutely gorgeous! They had an option to take the golf cart into town and to the beach. We personally enjoyed walking. We brought our children with us and they too had a great experience. We would definitely come back!

We had a fabulous time at Isaac’s condo! It was just like the pictures but better!! I think it is in the best location in the complex. I loved being able to just walk the path directly to the beautiful pool! The deck was also very quiet and private. The condo had everything we needed and more. It is right across the street from restaurants as well. Isaac was great to communicate with and so was Claudio! Thank you to both of you! We would highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Playacar, in Playa del Carmen. I stayed here with my family and it turned out to be a perfect place for kids. The area feels safe, peaceful, and very family-friendly, and there’s plenty of space for children to enjoy themselves while adults can relax. The amenities were amazing and made the stay very comfortable—everything we needed was available and well maintained. Another thing we really appreciated was the community in Playacar. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The host was excellent—very attentive, easy to communicate with, and quick to respond whenever we had a question. It’s clear they care about making sure guests have a great experience. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely recommend this place to families visiting the area. We’d happily stay here again!

We had a fantastic 1st trip to Mexico at Isaac’s place, a condo in AWA Playacar Residences! Our group included my wife and I (mid-30s), our 3-year-old, and my parents (mid-60s). The condo suited us perfectly, with AC in every room and a washer/dryer. The downstairs layout (2 bed/2 baths) worked great for our us and our son since the upstairs stairs lack a rail. Having a ground-level condo made pool access easy, and the patio felt private and peaceful with lush foliage between it and the pool. Isaac and Claudio (the property manager) were friendly and responsive. The grounds were serene—birds, greenery, pools (some "heated"), hammocks, loungers, and a swim-up bar. The playground was a highlight for our son. For water, a 20L jug was provided with a pump. The AWA concierge will swap empties for 65 pesos ($3–$4). AWA's complimentary golf cart shuttle runs limited hours (9–4:30), may be unavailable while charging, and doesn’t operate Mondays, so plan ahead. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Isaac truly set the bar high for Airbnb hosts. Claudio was excellent and he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was great, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! The house is perfect for kids, with easy access to a variety of amenities, groceries, and a fun kids' area that kept our little ones entertained. It’s also great for adults, offering plenty of comforts and conveniences. Claudio and Isaac were amazing hosts—very friendly and quick to assist with anything we needed. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

What a phenomenal time! I’ve been coming to Playa at least once a year since 2020 and this property is the best I’ve stayed! The condo is very spacious, all of it: bedrooms, baths, living area and full of light with triple height ceiling. Right outside living room there’s your own private terrace with chaise lounges/table set for a more private rest if you don’t want to be in the common areas. A few beautiful stone steps down and you’re in the magnificent pool area of the complex with it’s olympic size pool for amazing lap swimming. Complex is chic, elegant with amazing landscape that keeps units very private; ambiance is overall relaxing and respectful and tons of beautiful lounges for everyone. Cherry on top? Hamacas in the pool, and great fitness center. Everything was perfection! Communication easy and friendly thanks to Claudio, property manager. My family and I loved it and can’t wait to be back!
