We had a lovely stay at this property!! The view is so beautiful, the house was spacious, and very serene/quiet area. We didn’t want to leave! Sebastian provided clear instructions for how to access the gated neighborhood and house. Felt very secure and safe. Would definitely recommend and would be excited to return in the future!!!

It's a beautiful, comfortable place with everything you need to have a great time. The climb is good and it's easy to get there.

I’ve had an Airbnb account for almost a decade, and this is hands down the best property I’ve ever stayed at. The photos simply don’t do it justice. The scenery makes you feel like you’re living in paradise, even if only for a few days. The home was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the A/C units kept the house nice and cool. We spent an entire day (from sunup to sundown) relaxing by the pool and taking in the views. It was easily one of the best days of our trip. Sébastian was an exceptional host, incredibly friendly, responsive, and welcoming. I had the chance to meet him at checkout, and he was just as kind in person as he was throughout our stay. We truly didn’t want to leave. This property is a 10/10, and staying here was the highlight of my trip. I would book it again without hesitation.

We absolutely loved our stay Sebastien was so helpful, the location was perfect as well as all the recommendation he gave us. House was great for a girls trip we had a blast just hanging around the pool. Thank you again for being so accommodating and friendly with us. We will def be back

We had a wonderful stay the last 11 days. The house had tons of room for all of our guests. The outside area is great! We were able to grill, eat outside, play games, and enjoy the pool when we were home! There are plently of towels and bedding. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys which were so much fun to use. The location is great. We could walk to resturants and the beach. Sebastien responded promptly to any of my questions and was able to provide activities in the area where we were staying. We cannot wait to go back!

Great house with amazing views. Perfectly located and close to Tamarindo, playa grande and playa Conchal. There are no words to describe the outdoor space, it is truly unbelievable!

The house and the view are simply magnificent. The pool is beautiful and very large. The outdoor space is large and well appointed. Don't be surprised if you see a lot of insects; there are many of them outside due to the tropical climate. When we arrived, we had a few ants and insects inside, but Sebastien was very responsive to all our requests and brought in a team. This accommodation allowed us to have a great family experience in Costa Rica. Recommended!

This place is one of a kind! The views from the bedrooms and pool area are amazing! I’d gladly stay here again without hesitation!

Sebsstien’s villa was everything but amazing.Looks just like the photos your personal sanctuary… the pool outside the master suite was my favorite.. Sébastien was very responsive..I would definitely book again if ever in Costa Rica baby!!!!his place is a must!!!

Sebastian’s place was absolutely beautiful. It was exactly as described. It was clean and well-maintained. We felt very safe and secure there. Sebastian was so kind and helpful! His staff was also great and very accommodating. Will definitely be back!! Pura Vida.

We had an incredible stay. The views were absolutely breathtaking in every direction. We were able to enjoy both the sunrise & sunset each day. The outdoor space was phenomenal, with an amazing pool, bar area, & bbq set up thar made it perfect to relax & spend time together. The home was peaceful, private & well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped for our group (we love to cook) & everything we needed was available. AC worked great keeping us comfortable throughout the stay.

The house is very nice and super spacious. The pool is the perfect size, it had everything we needed, we enjoyed it, and we were comfortable. It's best to drive to the beach, as it's not that close; it's beautiful, and the sunsets are lovely. We had problems with the water, as the water company cuts off the supply at specific times, but Sebastián was always attentive and communicative about this.

We had an incredible stay! The pool area and views are beautiful. The barbecue area was incredible for outdoor dinners under the lights. We appreciated the number of towels, kitchen utensils, and other items that enhanced our stay. Sebastien was very responsive and a great host! The negative about our stay is that we were unaware of a second Airbnb unit located on the property. We chose this location for its privacy and were very surprised to hear voices coming from behind the pool area/in the driveway. As a group of women, we were not comfortable with having a stranger who could access the property/adjoining to our Airbnb. Although Sebastien assured us the door was locked - it was a shock and we would have hoped this was openly stated in the description of the property. We also did not know that there would be staff coming - with an all glass building and clear views from the exterior looking in, this should be more explicitly mentioned, especially the times staff are expected.
