We had an amazing stay at Casa Elegante. It truly exceeded our expectations. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood on the south end of the island, which made it very relaxing while still being easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. Communication from the host, concierge, and everyone involved was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. Everything was well organized and easy, which made the trip that much more enjoyable. We would highly recommend Casa Elegante to anyone visiting Isla Mujeres and would definitely stay here again.

Hola, we absolutely LOVED our stay at Casa Elegante. I't's so much more than a place to stay, more like a destination unto itself. The pools are amazing. The kitchen is huge and extremely well stocked and equipped. . Its location on the south side of Isla is quiet with the rooftop views to both the east and west spectacular! Communication with the staff was very good and the few minor issues were quickly and easily resolved..The Casa was very clean and well maintained with cleaning staff coming in mid week. Casa Elegante is wonderful! We absolutely loved it! Our favorite thing was the rooftop heated pool with fantastic views all around.

Family had a lovely stay for Thanksgiving. Amazing island charm and plenty to do nearby. Appreciated the location as being a bit away from the party zone.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Elegante! The house was comfortable and had all the amenities. We really enjoyed the location and the restaurants nearby. The rooftop pool was a really nice way to enjoy the sunset. Everyone was also super helpful and kind. Julia was awesome helping us coordinate massages, transportation and our golf cart rental. Isla Mujeres is a special island and we will definitely be back!

Laura and Bill were so helpful. Their team was attentive, responsive and helped us through out our stay. The area is about 20 mins (in golf cart) away from downtown but was not bad drive, peaceful and we found some great restaurants and small stores that were close by. Pool is not that big depending on size of group but worked for our big group (10 with 2 being kids). The house was beautiful with everything we needed. Overall our stay was great and we recommend Casa Elegante. Next time we are in isla we would stay again!

I highly recommend this home for family's . there is plenty of room and bathrooms and the it is also has beautiful views from the rooftop with 2 pools

Amazing house in a quiet neighborhood across the street from the Gulf. Bill and Laura were super responsive and everything was as advertised. Two great pools, plenty of space for 8, and beautiful views. We had an amazing time (as we always do) on Isla Mujeres. Definitely recommend this house as well as Bill and Laura as hosts.

We stayed for 7 days. 3 couples from Iowa. From booking to check out things went great. Jan was at the house awating a prior approved early check in. Gave us a tour with all ins and outs. House is wide open. Lots of relaxing room inside and out. 2 great pools. 4 bedrooms all spacious with en suite, clean and spacious bathrooms. Neighboorhood is up and coming and house has views on ocean from all sides of the roof. We had a minor issue with a toilet, quick response, someone came fixed it, in and out in 15 minutes. We used Concierge service for door to door transfers and private chef. It was a great week away. We would recommend staying here and will stay again. We did rent 2 golf carts, being on south end of island, but it was great to be able to get away from the groups of people up north. Can lay on the roof and hear the waves hitting shore. So amazing!
