Some Airbnb stays simply give you a place to sleep. Luxury European Villa gave our family of 10 memories we'll cherish forever. From booking to checkout, Eduardo was more than a host, he was a trusted local guide whose recommendations made our Costa Rica trip unforgettable. Arriving to a mango tree full of mangoes (my favorite fruit!) was such a surprise. A special thank you to the beautiful and caring, House-Specialist, Paola for accommodating our family's early arrival and for her warmth, knowledge, and incredible hospitality throughout our stay. She took care of all of everything, everyday. The villa is beautiful, spotless, spacious, and conveniently located, yet peaceful enough to feel like a private retreat. We always felt safe, comfortable, and at home. Open the windows and let Mother Nature provide the soundtrack! You're not just booking a luxury villa, you're booking an unforgettable experience with hosts who truly care. We'd return over and over again!

The house is beautiful and spotless. Paola takes care of the house and is super sweet. The home is beautifully decorated with a gorgeous backyard. It is peaceful with a river running right next to the property. We would sit in the dining room and enjoy a glass of wine at night with the windows open so we could hear the river. There is a mango tree where you can pick your own fruit and eat it. We were sad to leave and wanted to take Paola with us. We will miss her.

This is a Quality built large one story, Construction home with high-end finishes and lots of nice furniture and artwork Paola. The housekeeper was very helpful, friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, swimming pool was not available to us because of a maintenance issue, but it’s hard from that. The house was a great value and a safe location and we were able to park our three cars in the driveway.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Eduardo’s place was everything, it’s just as described the photos don’t do enough justice. We felt right at home. It was a group of 8 of us and there was enough room for everyone without us feeling crowded. He was very helpful with providing recommendations. He also linked us up with a massage therapist who was wonderful and a private chef who made dinner for us on one of our nights there. My whole group love it. Everyone had great things to say. Ms. Paola welcomed us and was fantastic throughout our stay. She took really great care of us like we were family. I would definitely recommend staying here. I know we will anytime we are in Costa Rica again. Thanks for hosting us Eduardo

Pictures do not do it justice! Loved being able to come back to this cozy and relaxing villa after a day of sightseeing and traveling! Host was very friendly and responds quickly. Paola was beyond the sweetest person ever and always very friendly to everyone. Would recommend this stay to anyone!

Absolutely fantastic place! The house is huge with lots of space to rest and enjoy time with family. Perfect family home for vacation and great base if you want to travel around in Costa Rica and come back with a home feeling. Paola is incredibly lovely and Eduardo is super warm, responsive and kind. Highly recommend for any stay in Escazu, San José or Costa Rica more generally!

The house is beautiful, and the neighborhood is peaceful. Ms. Paola is amazing; she makes you feel like family. From the time you get there until the time you leave. The house is in a perfect location. It has nice restaurants close by. This spot offers a perfect mix of beauty, tranquility, and heartfelt hospitality -I'd return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a home away from home.

The stay was spectacular. From day one, Eduardo was extremely friendly and attentive to every detail. The house is beautiful, with a beautiful and perfectly maintained garden. In addition, a river passes near the property, and the sound of water becomes a wonderful plus for breakfast mornings. The house looks like a museum: everything is very nice, clean and carefully arranged thanks to Mrs. Paola, who was very friendly and helped us at all times. I would definitely stay here again. The house offers all the amenities, a spacious kitchen and very well-equipped rooms. We stayed for our wedding ceremony and the garden was the perfect setting for that special moment. Thank you so much!!!

We had the house for about a month. Great experience. The staff and host are fantastic. Easy to get to. Easy to get deliveries. Near many good shops in escazu. Would stay again next time we are in San Jose.

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely incredible. The home itself was beautiful even more impressive in person and every detail felt carefully thought out. It was spotless, comfortable, and truly exceeded my expectations. Eduardo, the host, was wonderful. He was attentive, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. His hospitality really elevated the entire experience. And Paola, the housekeeper, was a godsend. Her care and attention to detail were evident throughout the home. You can tell she puts her heart into making the space welcoming and immaculate. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. If you’re thinking about booking, do it — this place, along with Eduardo and Paola’s exceptional care, is something special.

Our stay was incredible, the photos don’t do justice to this beautiful villa. We stayed as two families and loved the four sitting areas, large dining for 12, and the professional kitchen. The decor is so tasteful it feels like a luxury hotel. Eduardo was an exceptional host, super communicative from check-in to checkout. When an AC unit acted up, he immediately sent a repair person to fix it. We were also spoiled by the housekeeper, Paula; she is amazing and took such great care of us, from dishes to ironing. The backyard is a dream, sitting under large trees by the flowing creek is so peaceful. While we’d have loved a heated pool given the weather, this is a 5-star property that sets a high bar for Airbnbs. Plenty of parking and only 20-30 mins from San Jose. We’d definitely stay here again!

Our stay was glorious. Your home is decorated beautifully with gorgeous art and appointments, but still felt warm and cozy. The most wonderful aspect of our stay was Paola! She is truly one of a kind. Paola welcomed us with a big smile and we all went in for a hug. Her efforts to keep your home sparkling clean, and help in the kitchen was a really special bonus. Her lovely energy is priceless. We will be returning as long as Paola is included! Thanks for a great stay!
