Excellent home, everything as described. The host was always on top of stuff and made sure everything was good. Power went out randomly (for like 5 min) and the host was quick to respond and guide us through everything to get it back up. I will definitely be coming back and recommend to friends and family.

The house is just like the photos, the surroundings are spectacular, and the VIMEX service is excellent. I would stay here again.

We were 4 guys in the villa for 10 days, we ran out of gas after 3 or 4 days and Vimex answered right away, it got replace in less than an hour. Unfortunately the gas is needed to heat the water and from that point we didn't have any hot water for the rest of our trip as it reseted the heater. It's quite hot in mexico at this time of the year so it was not too bad but that is the only thing that was annoying. I recommand booking this villa, i don't think my issue would happen to other guest we were just unlucky.

The villa was as described and easy to find with adequate amenities. Security at the complex was efficient and friendly, it felt very secure and safe.

Vimex’s place accurately matched the description. It was clean, beautiful and in a nice secure neighborhood. I loved the fact that there was a gym here and definitely used it. It’s quiet and safe to take morning walks. The host responded in a timely manner. The only issue we had was with our driver being able to get through the gate but Vimex worked diligently to situate it. Other than that, it was a lovely stay and I would stay here again! If you’re thinking about staying here, book don’t just look. Thanks for having us.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The location is poor, with no restaurants, shopping, or amenities within walking distance — a car is absolutely necessary. The cleanliness was unacceptable. The sheets, pillowcases, and towels were dirty. There were no proper cooking supplies, and the only pot and pan provided were greasy and clearly not cleaned. The walls were filthy and poorly maintained, with visible water stains from what appeared to be an A/C leak. We paid extra for early check-in and were told someone needed to come clean before we arrived. However, based on the condition of the unit, it did not appear that any proper cleaning had been done. Due to the condition of the property, we felt uncomfortable staying with our children and had to leave. The host informed us she would not provide a refund and said she would send a cleaning crew — even though one was supposedly there the day before. Don’t waste your money here go on the other side of the highway

Photo evidence was shared confirming that the unit is stocked with plates, bowls, utensils, and cookware appropriate for the advertised guest capacity. The home's location is accurately described in the listing, including a recommendation that a vehicle is needed to explore the area comfortably. Many guests appreciate the quiet setting and lake views, while understanding that it is not a walkable commercial district. We regret that you chose to shorten your stay rather than allow us the opportunity to resolve the concerns on-site. Beautiful home with a great host! Perfect location to have a short drive to any of the Xcaret parks and night life in Playa de Carmen. The home is also only an hour away from the airport, downtown Cancun, and the ferry terminals. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for listing your home to us!
