Tania’s place was wonderful! She and her mother made my stay exceptional and were incredibly helpful with anything that came up. The photos in the listing don’t fully capture how warm, spacious, and inviting the place truly is — it has a relaxed atmosphere that’s perfect for a longer stay. The pool and surrounding garden are peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. The location is also excellent — very close to downtown Cabo and popular beaches. I found it easy and manageable to walk everywhere. If you do have a car, Tania’s place offers secure parking, so there’s no need to leave your vehicle on the street. The internet is reliable and fast — great for remote work or streaming content.

We work remote and stayed for a month. The marina is a 15 minute walk. Restaurants and a gym are a 2 minute walk. I loved the pool area and got a lot of work done by the pool! The kitchen, dedicated work spaces and bathroom were perfect. There is lots of storage and plenty of room for 2 adults to have separate work spaces. We had one issue with the AC and one issue with a lock. Tania was responsive and handled both situations immediately. We highly recommend the condo, Tania and the location!

We enjoyed our monthlong stay here. Tania keeps the entire property clean and looking great. It’s an easy 20 minute walk to the marina and large grocery stores. The air conditioning worked well and the pool was fabulous. WiFi was great. We often streamed movies on two different device’s simultaneously and never had any trouble. Easy check in with flexible timing.

Very comfortable place with a nice clean pool and the hostess was a lovely lady.

Beautiful unit that has everything you need, including a swimming pool. But the real quality comes fron Tania and her mom. They both go way above and beyond to help in any way possible. You can't really get any better.

The backyard area included a swing and pool which was very private, peaceful and very relaxing. The queen bed mattress was excellent, very comfortable and firm. The location was very convenient within easy walking distance to the Marina, grocery shopping, restaurants and the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful to our inquiries and offered many suggestions, she was very friendly. The hot water was plentiful and the shower was excellent, however the one complaint was that the stove top and toaster oven were on the same circuit which caused the breaker to trip etc.. The kitchen could use alittle more utensils and containers for food storage. Overall our stay was very good and we wouldn't hesitate to return in the future. Thank-You
