Wonderful site! Very private with abundance of trees and plants. Great location 10 minutes walk from everything! Will go back for my next trip to Tamarindo!

It's definitely a place where I would stay again. The communication was easy, the place was as shown in the photos, the kitchen was fully equipped, which is great for cooking if you don't want to always eat out, and the bathroom was spectacular. I hope to be back with them, and I would recommend it 1000%.

An excellent place, very quiet

Excellent place!! Second time I've been there and it's always perfect. Close to downtown, a two-minute drive away, with a large private pool and spacious, comfortable rooms.

The bungalow was spacious (two bedrooms) and clean with plenty of amenities. Beach towels were provided in every room. Free parking and free gas grill on site. The garden surounding the pool was well maintained and the pool was clean. This is a very quiet place in a cul-de-sac. Cudos to Derling that helped with all our needs and answered all our questions. All in all a very nice place to unwind away from the noise of the main street after a day on the beach.

The place and service were excellent.

Although it’s on the edge of town it was walkable, there were trails on the edge of the road, a bit to the side of the traffic. The layout of the villa is nice, when in the room it’s quite private including our outdoor seating area. The pool is nice with great lounging and eating areas.

It was a great place! Rooms were nice and kitchen was very usable. Working TV. Not too far from the main parts of Tamarindo but just far enough to still be peaceful. The pool was honestly such a game changer, was so well kept and made the stay. Would definitely recommend to a friend if they were to ask for places to stay.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Green Villas. Our little condo was very clean, had everything we needed, and was comfortable. We loved the beautiful foliage surrounding our place, and enjoyed having our breakfast out on the front patio listening to all the pretty bird sounds and soaking in the sunshine every morning. And at night we’d enjoy a glass of wine there as well. The pool was the highlight of our stay. We were often the only ones out be the pool so it often felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The water temperature was always perfect and it was as cleaned regularly. We liked that it was as walkable to the beach and town of Tamarindo where there were dozens of restaurant and bar options, yet it was far enough away for it to be quiet and peaceful. Many of the restaurants have seating right on the beach and provide live entertainment. We enjoyed many beautiful sunsets while having the freshest seafood right on the beach! Can’t wait to return!

Great condo in a very convenient location — about a 15–20 minute walk to both the town center and the beach. The unit was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The pool and lounging area were wonderful, and the gated complex felt safe and peaceful. I’d definitely stay here again.

Adrian’s place is a total sanctuary. Quiet, beautiful garden, lovely pool. We enjoyed making it our home base for exploring the surrounding area. A total gem if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful refuge in Tamarindo that is still centrally located.

Green Village is a really great place to stay that is a bit quieter as it is not in the middle of the city center. But you can walk the way well to the village and to the beach and it takes about 15 minutes! We found it super nice here! A real oasis!

Great service! A perfect place to disconnect from the routine, a magnificent service, privacy and highly recommended attention, I would go back since it met my needs, which was to disconnect from work for a weekend.

Adrians place was just as pictured. Clean house, easy to find and easy check in check out. It is located about 5 mins by car to Tamarindo center. I would definitely recomend this plcae to anybody wanting to stay in Tamarindo.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, cozy, very spacious and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still quiet and relaxing. Adrian and Derlin were incredibly welcoming, friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out super easy. Swimming pool area and gardens are so beautiful! The WiFi connection is fast and reliable, which was perfect for working remotely. I really enjoyed my private patio area- it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind 😊 I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

5 stars are not enough to rate this accommodation. From the first moment they were super friendly and flexible with the check-in, which I appreciate. Facilities such as the pool, chairs and bbq were always available and clean. The apartment matched the photographs exactly, it was impeccable, tidy and with everything needed in the bathroom and kitchen. The pictures don’t do the place justice. It was absolutely beautiful and so much bigger inside the apartment when you get there. It was also so nice to have hot water and AC.

We had an excellent 5 week stay at Green Villas. The complex is private, quiet, and peaceful. Even with other guests we mostly felt like we had the entire place to ourselves! Tap water is drinkable and the WiFi was solid most of the time (had a few 5-10 minute drops over the course of 5 weeks). Plenty of A/C as well. Jessica and Derlin (the on-site team) were very friendly and responsive to anything we needed. The complex is about a half mile from town. We did not have a car and were fine with walking into town for meals (lots of great restaurants!) or to go to the beach. The road can get busy at times but the traffic seems used to people walking the road. The Thursday night market is only about a 5 minute walk. One thing to note is that there is construction ongoing next door. You can’t hear it in villas themselves but at the pool it can be quite noisy during the work day hours. Would definitely stay here again!

Natural paradise in the middle of busy Tamarindo. A beautiful place, quiet and surrounded by nature.

Everything was excellent... an oasis at the perfect distance from downtown Tamarindo (walking distance + quiet). The luxury pool.

The place is as shown in the publication, the attention of the staff is excellent, always attentive and very friendly. The pool and clean common areas. Access to the place without a problem and super close to downtown.

The apartment was exactly as described. The gated complex provided a secure feeling. The apartment was clean and everything worked as expected. The hot water and the air-conditioning was excellent. The landscaped surroundings was beautiful and peaceful. The pool was refreshing and delightful.

Green Village offers all the amenities you need to be comfortable. Very nice pool. Lots of tranquility and privacy. A 5-minute drive to the beach and about a 15-minute walk.

Too many words to say how this city, place and space healed my soul and connected me deeper with all my surroundings. I would love to discuss a multi-month rental because I see Adrian's place as my digital nomad, toddler mama future home. Only thing I would change is the leather beanbag chair, my toddler had the most irrational fear of it hahaha

This is our 2nd visit to this place. There's a pool in a dreamy gardens. The place is very safe. Given the extreme heat by the sea, we enjoyed the pool every day. Everything is nearby... restaurants and grocery stores. We were sad to have to leave after 7 days but hey... we'll dream until our next trip! Thanks to Jessica and her partner for all their kindness. Nice and peaceful place, love it!

We stayed two nights and everything went very well. We had no inconvenience for you. The location of the accommodation is a little further from the center but no more than a 10-minute drive. The place is very quiet.

So far the best place we have stayed during our travel!!! So much green around the house, you feel you are in a little fancy jungle and the apt is super clean and have everything that you need!!! We LOVED ♥️

If I could, I would give more than 5 stars 😍 We stayed at 13 different places during our 3 week Costa Rica and this one was by far the best. The apartment is top. I could imagine living in it even for a long time. The complex resembles a tropical jungle that at its core reveals a beautiful large pool. The apartments all have a nice terrace with cozy and high quality seating. Unbeatable for the price.

Our stay at Adrian's place was perfect for our needs. A quick drive or walk into the action of Tamarindo, and then quiet and seclusion for our time spent in the apartment. It was clean, bright and well equipped for cooking our own meals, and the Wifi was exceptional for our remote work needs. It is a very well managed property all around, an absolute pleasure to stay there. This is an easy, reliable place to stay for unwinding, or work remotely. We will be back !

We stayed for 3 weeks to work remote and it was a perfect place for us. A quiet place, a little bit away from the main part of town, but only a short walk from all the bars and restaurants. Loved the front porch for coffee in the morning and the hammock to relax in the evening with a drink. The pool was only 40 feet from our condo, and it was very nice was to cool off throughout the day and evening. Host was very responsive and the cleaning service and laundry was a great added service. Overall very happy and would highly recommend.
