We spent the past three weeks here, and it truly felt like a little home away from home. 💗 From the very beginning, communication was wonderful and we always felt taken care of. The onsite staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the daily housekeeping was such a luxury, and the entire gated community felt peaceful, quiet, and well cared for. We absolutely loved having our own private pool and rooftop jacuzzi, along with all of the additional amenities available. After three weeks, it was genuinely hard to leave! Everything was clean, comfortable, beautiful, and exactly what we hoped for during our stay. We made some really special memories here and would absolutely stay again. ✨ Everything was perfect! ✨ Highly recommend. 💗

Worth it the place is exceptional and clean close to everything in tulum

We absolutely loved the location and the hospitality , tips and helpful details . We will definitely vacation with you all again on our next trip to Tulum. Jose was a true blessing to have around for resources . He is worth every penny and always pleasant.

Had an amazing 9 days at the villa and enjoyed every second! Lesley was fabulous and very responsive with any queries we had, as well as extremely welcoming and warm and friendly. There is nothing they haven't thought of with the villas - beach bags and amenities all very helpful! would recommend to anyone who is looking to visit Tulum and enjoys an easy walkable location with a great buzz.

Lesley was a terrific host. Very responsive and provided great restaurant and activity recommendations. We can't say enough about her staff. They were very accommodating, responsive, and helpful. The cleaning and maintenance staff were top notch and the manager was friendly and helpful. We appreciated having hotel-like amenities (like daily housekeeping) in an AirBnB.

This was an amazing airbandb and more amazing people. Very safe and everyone is responsive. Very asthetic. In walking distance to downtown and many shops.

We truly enjoyed staying at Blue Deer. This was hands down one of the most beautiful place I ever stayed at on vacation. The staff was super sweet and helpful. The property manager was very responsive. Lesley was great at communicating and scheduling everything needed to make our stay stress free. I will 100% be booking here if I was to find myself in Tulum

Great place with plenty of space. We were a group of 7 girls and felt perfectly safe. Pool doesn’t get tons of sun but the rooftop does and hot tub gets very warm for chillier February nights. Beware neighbors make noise complaints after 10PM even on weekends which is a bummer, but Leslie tries her best to accommodate. Private car service was convenient but super expensive. Using InDrive to barter with taxi drivers really helped out, the ADO bus stop is also a few minutes walk away. Plenty of restaurants, Leslie did a great job at sending local recommendations. Private chef and balloon decorations was a super nice concierge touch! My one recommendation to Leslie would be to look into the primary bathroom shower water gauge. We didn’t care to complain as there’s 4 other showers but there’s no temperature control so it got pretty hot. A few hiccups here and there but would definitely stay again!

Our family of five spent 10 amazing days at Blue Deer Residence over Christmas break and loved every minute. The property is beautiful, and incredibly well maintained. Lesley and her team are truly unmatched as hosts. They helped with restaurant and beach club reservations (all excellent recommendations) and were always available. When we casually mentioned wanting to make steaks one night, a brand new BBQ showed up the next day—above and beyond in every way. The Tulum beaches are gorgeous, and the vibe is completely different from anywhere else we’ve experienced in Mexico, even after countless trips. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely return!

I recently stayed at one of Lesley’s properties in Tulum with a group of friends. I can’t express enough how amazing our stay was. The villa was absolutely gorgeous, the location was amazing. The staff on the property which included a grounds keeper, house cleaning and concierge were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. I have to shout out Dayvis the concierge! He helped us so much with reserving beach clubs, at home massages and everything in between. Dayvis made our stay so comfortable and always responded right away to any questions or recommendations I needed. I truly can’t wait to come back and visit with more friends & rent through Lesley again. 10/10 would recommend to ANYONE!!

Lovely, cozy and beautiful property, spacious, very comfortable and well equipped, with attentive and helpful Concierge and staff, in quiet neighborhood. I'd come back for an extended stay.
