Susanna’s place was a wonderful fit for our large family! The home had everything we needed, with plenty of space and multiple areas to relax and spend time together without ever feeling crowded. The kids especially loved the pool, and we really appreciated the fenced-in outdoor area, which made it feel much safer with little ones. Señor Oscar was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. We had a great stay—and I’m definitely stealing Willie’s cooler idea! 😊

The location and surroundings are excellent, the owners are very friendly as hosts, a very comfortable house, I just think the kitchen utensils in general need an upgrade, as well as the sheets and bedspreads, everything else is fine. We would definitely come back.

The house in general is good but the bathrooms and kitchen are very neglected…. Very used bedding and towels... Garden area, pool, barbecue and excellent bar!!! That's why we rented that house, for its exterior and the truth is it exceeded expectations!!! Very good location and the beach was great!

Susana was very attentive and gave me all the information I needed, the place was warm and beautiful and the children enjoyed it a lot, I would definitely return, a 10/10 place for children and having a great time with the family

The place is just like the photos; we found everything in order, clean, comfortable; privacy and a very nice pool; access to the beach very close. We spent a family stay with nice pets. There were some issues with the TV and the gate, but they were resolved by the managers very attentively.

Great place, the stay was unforgettable. The atmosphere is cozy, the facilities were impeccable and the service was first class. I would definitely come back and totally recommend it for those looking for a unique and comfortable experience.

We went on a family trip with children and it went very well. It has a beautiful pool and very useful common areas for large groups The barbecue area is very good and has many refrigerators, ideal for large families The beach is private and very beautiful and quiet. You can walk there and it is quiet for swimming We stayed two days and it was great!

The stay didn't quite meet our expectations. From the moment we arrived, there was a mess in front of the property with construction materials, which gave a bad impression and represented a risk, since a family member suffered a fall due to the instability of the ground. Inside there was a lot of visual clutter, poor cleanliness and it felt like the place had been used recently. The dining room chairs were dirty and stained; in the barbecue area there was a refrigerator in poor condition with expired products that were leaking liquids; and in the bathrooms the drain covers were raised, with the risk of cutting oneself. On the positive side, the pool area was very nice, the house is spacious, each room had its own private bathroom and access to the beach was excellent, very close and convenient. With better preparation, cleaning and maintenance, the place could provide a much more pleasant experience.

Lamentamos que tu experiencia no haya sido la que esperabas, aunque es importante aclarar que varios de los puntos señalados no corresponden a la realidad habitual de nuestra propiedad. En cuanto al frente de la casa, durante tu estadía se encontraban algunos materiales de mantenimiento temporalmente almacenados, situación que ya fue solucionada. Sobre los baños, hemos verificado las tapas de los desagües y se encuentran en buen estado, asegurando que no representen ningún riesgo. Nos alegra que hayas disfrutado el área de la piscina, la amplitud de la casa, los baños privados en cada recámara y, sobre todo, el acceso privilegiado a la playa, que es uno de nuestros mayores atractivos. The house is beautiful as in the listing, just check the water, because we ran out of water all night, the pool is huge, it has air conditioning, a hot shower, super close to the beach, to go walking, everything was very pleasant except for the water problem that was solved the next morning.
