The place was as described. 10-12 minute walk to beach. There were several issues with plumbing - dishwasher leaked; no bare essentials in kitchen like pepper and oil and coffee filters; 2 toilets kept clogging; one shower would not drain. We had to have bottled waters brought in and we had been told there was filtered water on site. We ran out the first day. The hot tub would not heat up and we had to call to get someone out to set the timer. Our chef made a very nice dinner for us one night. Overall, it would be hard to recommend this place to friends because of all the issues we had and for what we paid it should have been a much higher end experience.

As noted in our house instructions, most villas in Mexico operate on a septic system, so flushing Q-Tip’s, face wipes, and other products can cause backups in the septic system and appliances, including the dishwasher. We’re glad our team was able to identify the reason for the clog and fix it promptly. The villa is equipped with a functioning water filtration system, and the water is safe for drinking. As discussed, municipal water in Mexico is high in minerals and tastes different than U.S. or Canadian water, so we recommend guests include bottled water when ordering groceries with our concierge as a preference—not a necessity. As a courtesy, we do include a case of water for our guests’ arrival. We store the salt, pepper, and spices on the second shelf in the pantry to prevent them from clumping due to the coastal humidity. Thank you for letting us know that the spa remote wasn’t working properly. We were unaware of the problem and are happy our staff was able to program the spa heater manually. We take pride in maintaining a well-cared-for home and providing attentive service, as reflected in our consistent five-star reviews. We truly value all guest feedback as it helps us continue delivering exceptional experiences.

Casa Cielo is a must! Absolutely beautiful views and very easy access to the beach. The pool and hot tub overlook the ocean and give you the best sunrises you can imagine. I would highly recommend using a personal chef (we used Ariel). Meals were fantastic, poolside drinks were a big hit and having option to have fridge filled daily with anything we asked form supermarket was beyond awesome! Would highly recommend this location for a vacation with friends or family.

This house is wonderful - our family had a great time. Cannot beat the view and the pool. Make sure to book Ariel and his wife for meals - they were so amazing and the best part of the trip. They took care of everything for us.

The house, location and views are spectacular! Great service from the concierge, chef and drivers! The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We loved the access to the stunning beach as well as being so close to grocery stores and restaurants. Will definitely return!

Great house with amazing views and super easy access to the beach. Was perfect for our two families with teenage kids. Robert was great checking in with us a few times throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. The two property managers, Javier and Diego were extremely helpful and responsive if we ever needed anything and for planning activities. We would definitely stay there again.

What a lovely stay. A girls weekend! Perfect location and wonderfully laid out house and pool. And the beach is ridiculously beautiful. The location felt secure and we really appreciated the house managers stopping by each day, thank you, highly recommend!

Great home with amazing views (free whale watching) and amazing pool and inviting living space. Close to San Jose and not far to old Cabo. Loved it and it exceeded my expectations.

This place is so underrated and the photos don’t do it justice. Robert did a wonderful job setting up the house and his support team are amazing! I stayed down here with 8 people and loved every minute. We honestly didn’t want to leave. This place is a great deal for what you get compared to other options. We will certainly book again!
