Thad and his family are amazing. You feel part of the family during your stay. Way above expectations! They give you fresh eggs from the checken coop, chop you a fresh coconut and papaya. The pool is great and the gym is for real! You should definitely go there to enjoy this blissful place. 🙂

We really enjoyed our stay with Jodi, Don, and their family! The place was private and perfect for what we wanted. We loved using the gym, the pool, the kitchen, and even the basketball goal too. They truly went far and beyond to make us feel welcome and we hope to be back sometime soon and meet Thad. We really appreciate the kindness and the hospitality from this family and wish them the best!

I had an amazing time. The accommodate great! Thad, the dogs and his parents were amazing and super friendly! I would gladly stay there again. Fresh eggs daily and he shared some amazing homemade wine .

If you want a place close enough to town, the airport (LIR) or extracurricular activities, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle, this place is perfect. It was beyond secure and extremely peaceful. The Garden of Eden which is what I called his yard is absolutely phenomenal. If you can think of it, he’s probably growing it and invites you to enjoy the harvest. We had fresh bananas, mangoes, almonds, eggs, and limes anytime we wanted it. There’s more. I just named a few. Thad was so very welcoming and inviting. We cooked several days because he opened up the entire yard for us to enjoy. That was gracious and we really do appreciate it. I cannot say enough good things about how grateful we are for the hospitality shown. Your place is breathtaking and you are such a gracious host. I wish you nothing but peace, success, love, and prosperity. Thanks again!

This was our 5th Airbnb stay while in Costa Rica and hands down the best. Glad I trusted the good reviews on this one. Someone said you have good stays in some Airbnb and then some stays are simply outstanding and unforgettable experiences. What an amazing experience this turned out to be. I didn't realized I needed this stay until it was reality! What an amazing family whom I'm grateful in connecting with. Friends for life, that I'm hoping they will reach out if they come my way so I can return such great hospitality. Bed was comfy, the place was extremely clean and it has everything you need. Extremely peaceful environment with beautiful wildlife to enjoy. We really felt part of the family during our stay and we're saddened to leave. Hopefully when I visit Costa Rica again, that this place is available and welcome to come back. Highly recommended stay! If you're reading this review, it means you have privileged on staying here. This place is excellent. Its location is very central, close to restaurants, beaches and shops, but at the same time it is a quiet, private and noiseless place. Plus, Thad is a great host. He always responds quickly, is attentive and is ready to improve your travel experience. I would definitely come back.

Hands down best Airbnb experience we have ever had. The house and grounds were beautiful. Thaddeus was a fantastic host, He was extremely responsive and so helpful. He helped us find the house when we were near the location. When we arrive he show us around the grounds and his aquaponics gardens, herbs and fruit trees. it was so amazing to see. He also had chickens and ducks. Fresh eggs every day. I can't recommend this place enough. Thanks so much to Thaddeus and his wonderful family.

Thad was very welcoming, it was a bit like being part of the family. The place was just beautiful! The studio was perfect, well-equipped. He enjoys sharing his knowledge with people. Interested in self-sufficiency, Thad can tell you a lot about aquaponics, fruit trees, gardening and he even makes a delicious mead!!! The experience was unforgettable. Thanks Thad

WARNING: this review is going to be so glowing that people will say it’s not real- but IT IS! Sometimes you stay at an Airbnb and have a great vacation and sometimes you stay at an Airbnb and have a great vacation and make life long friends. That’s what my husband & I experienced staying here! Thad and his family were so incredibly accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable and generous! Their place was beyond well kept, a convenient location near beaches, shops and the airport! The property is a sanctuary with a gorgeous pool, gardens and fresh eggs for days! We felt so safe, we didn’t even lock our door! From the ducks, chickens, fresh herbs, fruit you can pick from the trees- we felt like we were in the garden of Eden! Thank you Thad & family for an awesome stay and the pure extension of peace and tranquility! We highly recommend this spot in beautiful Costa Rica!!! It truly exemplifies PURA VIDA!

This place turned into such an amazing stay. The property is flawless and Thad and his family are the nicest people I've ever stayed with. Thad was always available for questions or anything else immediately and helped me figure out the entire area as far as amazing restaurants, beaches and hikes. I will say my favorite part of the stay was having Thad show me the property. This guy's knowledge of Costa Rica and plants in general is astounding and I absolutely loved everything minute of it. The gardens, fish ponds and greenhouse is incredible.

Excellent and friendly hosts and they directed me with multiple attractions in the area. Beautiful property and amazing views. The gardens, the fruit trees, the duck pond and pool were beautiful. Ill be back to stay again.
