The Ellysian Boutique Hotel

Fantastic suite! clean, beautifully decorated, right on the beach as described! The best thing about the place was the service. The front desk staff were extremely helpful in booking us last minute excursions to the ATM caves and monkey river. The area was walkable with excellent dining and bars right across the street. Would stay here again!

The Ellysian is my favorite place to stay while visiting Placencia, Belize. The hotel is extremely modern and spacious. The pool and deck is perfectly nestled right in front of the sandy beach and beautiful palm trees. It’s the perfect get away to get away. More importantly, or just as important as the aesthetics is the exceptional customer service you will receive while staying here at the Ellysian. You’re greeted with smiles from the second you walk in. Everyone is helpful with suggestions of places to dine, things to do and even tours around the way that we would enjoy. This was my second time staying at the Ellysian and certainly will not be my last. Cherilyn, Vanessa, Camille and of course Ms. Jean young contributed immensely to my comfort and satisfaction during my stay. I couldn’t ask for better service than these women provided. Thank you all and I will see you all shortly.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The rooftop restaurant is excellent for food and drinks. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a nice hotel close to the village!

Located within walking distance from shops and bars, great beach front view, and staffs are amazingly friendly. Couldnt forget their welcome drink- super refreshing. They even provided 2 bottles of water in the room and said if you guys need more feel free to let them know, but they also have water refill in the hallways too.

The staff was friendly, professional and fully engaged with each guest. The hotel was unique for me due to each staff member proactively reaching out to introduce themselves and check on our comfort. It's one thing to respond to requests, but entirely different to proactively take steps to insure the best experience for guest. I have already recommended this hotel to other travelers who intend to spend time in Belize.
