A very good place to spend time as a family and get away from the noise and stress of the city. only there are a few small leaks when it rains, which need to be fixed. but within everything else, an excellent place.

very good stay in this property, all clean and tidy, comfortable and pleasant climate excellent to forget the noise and noise of the city, excellent to go with family or in a group of friends, just correct a small leak in a room but nothing serious, otherwise everything excellent. and good communication with plaster from day 1.

The good: The house has an excellent location with a very good view of the mountains from the balcony. The pool has a pump for the water to circulate. Good internet and TV connection with Netflix. Communication was constant and Yesenia was always very attentive. The bad: It rained a lot on the second day and there were multiple leaks. Two doors require maintenance. Overall the location, service, and spaciousness of the place for the price is a good decision. I wouldn't recommend going in the winter until the leaks have been repaired.

The place is beautiful, quiet and with a very nice temperature. We really enjoyed the green areas, pool and deck mostly. If you need to rest and disconnect, this is a good place to do so. Especially because of the contact with nature. My only suggestion is that the house needs more maintenance because we found some leaks and some slightly damaged metal fabrics that gave way to the entrance of rain bugs. Just that.

Price/quality ratio is very good. The house is located at the beginning so sedans arrive well. More not like that in other areas. Overall the experience was very good. The good: comfortable rooms, safe, wifi, smart TV, good bbq, comfortable furniture, swimming pool, large terrace, very well equipped kitchen. The bad, I recommend asking if the leaks were fixed before going, there is one on the terrace and one in the room that falls on the bed, it would not be good for the bed to get wet. Now I see that in 2021 there were comments on that but I didn't see it before I booked. Be sure to coordinate arrival times so they can make sure everything is ready when they arrive. And that the host guarantees the agreed hour. And let some take currents. Overall, it's a lot more good than the bad. If you ask me if it's worth going, I would say yes, just following the recommendations I make.

Well located, quiete cabin with a great view. Don't expect a modern or well furnished place; the cabin is really simple inside and utensils are quite old. Hot water runs really poorly. At least when we visited, kitchen and bathroom towels were not provided by the host. It could be cleaner. Internet works excellent. We loved the terrace, you can relax yourself in the hammocks. It's pet friendly!

Excellent stay, communication with Yecenia was smooth and she helped us with some ideas of places to visit. The house is very nice, has all the amenities described and has the required supplies. We were very pleased

Very good place, the house is very cozy and really met our expectations. Communication with the host was excellent, she took care of us very quickly. We took our pet, the house was very comfortable for him, he could run and play. We really liked it, we want to go back.

Spacious main room with excellent visit , large roofed terrace perfect for family and friends coexistence. Another terrace open for outdoor activities and excellent for camping tents for children. Two rooms with double bed. The kitchen is a little small in relation to the size of the house and the distribution of the switches for the lighting makes it a little confusing. But very good experience , place and location.

The location is great. Altos del Maria is a lovely development. There are some good hiking trails and beautiful views. The house has a really nice covered porch with comfortable furniture and hammocks where you can enjoy the outdoors on even the rainiest days. The house needs some minor repairs which my husband could have managed if we'd had the tools. The only thing that was a big deal for us was the hot water. The water heater was broken when we arrived and it took more than two weeks to get it replaced. Unfortunately, the new heater still didn't provide hot water (temps still below body temperature) It probably wouldn't have bothered me as much if we had a shorter stay but I found the month of cold showers tiresome. Yesenia was consistently quick to respond when I contacted her and the delay in the water heater replacement was due to the difficulty in getting someone to come replace it. I think she was doing her best. She was pleasant in our interactions and seemed to be a very nice person. I would stay here again if I could be sure the water issue was resolved.

Place with large and clean terrace, unfortunately it was raining and there were leaks in one of the bedrooms and I wet the bed, in the living room as well. It got wet as well as the entrance to the terrace, the truth made us have an uncomfortable moment, Mrs. Yesenia was always attentive.

The cabin is very well located in a place with many places nearby such as rivers and trails. The cabin is currently under repair of a terrace, unfortunately we could not use it much as it was raining. Some leaks inside the house and for the season I guess there were a lot of bugs as well.

Very nice house with a very nice view too. The whole space was clean and tidy and had plenty of open places to hang out in a nice way. We liked that even with houses around, privacy was maintained, in addition to the extension that was given to the terrace.
