Excellent accommodation, the best location, close to everything. The only thing to improve would be the age of the common areas of the building, the elevator for example. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Great location! We arrived late so we did a late check-in which was super easy. Very clean apartment. Awesome view! We had troubles with the hot water but we got a response asap, but however didn’t work despite maintenance saying it was fixed. Highly recommend!

Nice apartment in the heart of Cancún. Ideal for people who plan to spend their days outside doing activities and need a good location. Steps from Cocobongo and several restaurants, as well as Oxxo and 7-Eleven. The only bad thing was the sargassum, and that the view wasn't so pretty, but well, we already expected that.

Excellent accommodation. The view is really beautiful and it was one of the aspects we enjoyed the most. The location is very good, close to Coco Bongo and with easy access to restaurants, shops and other places of interest. Everything was clean, comfortable and just as described. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Good stay. Wonderful view and location. Walking distance to nightlife, food, shopping, and the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Overall a good stay for the price and no major issues worth leaving over. Some minor quirks but for the price we cannot complain too much. The view cannot be beat. Building staff was pleasant. Beach in front of property was clean. Pool seemed nice though we didn't end up using it. Noise level was fine for us. You mostly hear the ocean over anything else.

Excellent place, equipped with everything you need to enjoy the magic of Cancun and the hotel zone. I will be happy to come back when I return to Cancun.

SPECTACULAR! Friends, speechless. Details that make you feel very comfortable. The oceanfront view is indescribable. 1000/10. I don't even remember the price anymore, but I know it's well worth it. It became my favorite place to go in Cancún.

Rodrigo and Jessica offer on of the greatest places in the hotel zone. Quiet but still just minutes from all the clubs and restaurants. Great ocean view from the apartment and super helpful hosts in general

The stay was excellent, and we really enjoyed our time in Cancún. The Airbnb is very conveniently located, close to everything, and with direct beach access, which is a big plus. The only downside was that the elevators didn't work properly at times. Even so, the experience was very positive. Rodrigo and Jessica were very attentive, always responding proactively and helping us with everything we needed.
