Good place. Agustín is always attentive. The place is spacious and has the amenities described. It is private, easily accessible, and there are nice places nearby.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property at this time. Our stay was affected by multiple significant issues, including cockroach activity, evidence of termite infestation, no running water on the third floor, very poor water pressure on the lower floors, a strong musty odor, missing basic supplies, and overall cleanliness and maintenance concerns. Particularly concerning was finding cockroaches inside drawers where guests would reasonably expect clean utensils and kitchen items to be stored. We also observed extensive termite mud tubes and termite debris in bathroom cabinetry. The property appeared inadequately cleaned and maintained prior to our arrival, and several areas showed visible dirt, dust, and deferred maintenance. We booked this property for a family gathering and birthday celebration, and the condition of the home was disappointing and embarrassing given the expectations created by the listing. Good location, the condominium is very well maintained, I liked the pool and the beach club. Only the issue of cleaning in general, it needs good maintenance in that regard, since there are stains in many places.
