Excellent apartment, exactly as shown in the photos, clean, tidy, and well-equipped. James was always available and clear from the start, and communication flowed smoothly, which is greatly appreciated. During our stay, we had a problem with one of the air conditioners that could not be resolved at the time, although the host remained responsive. Even so, this did not detract from the overall experience. Overall, it's a good place to stay, and I would recommend it.

The property is very nice and it has great amenities. We enjoyed the amazing pool and also the balcony of the apartment is so nice!! We loved our stay.

An excellent place for a vacation, the apartment is super comfortable and has everything you need. Ideal for children as they enjoy the water park a lot. James is an excellent host, always attentive and communicative

Fantastic penthouse with amazing views. The place was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Great location close to restaurants and attractions, and the host was responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at James’ place. Beautiful view, clean and comfortable. With small kids we found it more comfortable to drive to the beach and main pool - it’s about one km - but there’s also a pool right next to the building. Great communication, we’d stay again.

The place is beautiful, with an excellent view, not only of the beach but also of the mountains of El Valle and Campana; the apartment has a dream balcony. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, the rooms are comfortable and the living room is spectacular. The beach is close by and the restaurant in the complex is a good place to hang out with friends.

“James' apartment was a great choice. It was spotless and complied with everything described. Communication and access were quick and easy. It is an ideal place for large families, with all the necessary amenities to enjoy a few days of rest. Totally recommended!”

Our days at James' penthouse were really good! The complex is excellent and James is always very attentive and quick to communicate. We loved the check-in, too fast and easy! We'll be back for sure!

100% a great place to spend time as a family, James is always available and the apartment is super nice, comfortable and super clean with a very nice view, you feel private from the rest. The social area is really nice and the residential area/complex in general is really nice and family-friendly with young children. The restaurant has good food and good service.

I experienced an exceptional stay at the penthouse. The fully equipped kitchen facilitated the preparation of any food, including those that require an oven. The exquisite decor added a touch of elegance, while the beach, pools, and social areas showed exceptional care. We will definitely consider returning again.
