Excellent experience The stay was excellent. Everything was very nice, clean and comfortable, and we felt very comfortable the entire time. The service was very good and the place met our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. 😊🙌🏻

The house is spacious and the pool is large and very nice to enjoy as a family. It's easy to get there. There are a lot of kitchen utensils missing. All the pots stick, and it was really hard for me to wash them. In the bedroom, the sheets had hair on them and felt dirty.

We’re sorry to hear that you felt this way about the cleanliness of the house. As indicated in the welcome message, the house is professionally cleaned by a cleaning service company in Tamarindo. We also clearly explained that if anything did not meet a premium standard, you could immediately let us know so that we could request a replacement, additional cleaning, or any necessary attention from the cleaning company. Unfortunately, you never communicated these concerns to us during your stay. You did not respond to our messages through the platform or to the calls we made to you, so we were not given an opportunity to address the issues while you were at the house. We also accommodated your request for an early check-in and allowed you to enter three hours earlier than the scheduled check-in time. Regarding the kitchen utensils, we are not sure why you felt that the house was not adequately equipped. The house is prepared for up to 10 guests and has approximately double the capacity in kitchenware, including plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and other essential items. We have a fully equipped premium kitchen, and our other guest reviews consistently reflect the quality and condition of the home. We feel it is important to clarify that we were available to assist you throughout your stay. Had you communicated any concerns regarding cleanliness or the kitchen, we would have been happy to address them promptly. It is also unfortunate that the situation seems to have become an issue at the end of the stay, when we simply asked that you respect the scheduled checkout time, as we do with all of our guests. Our cleaning team depends on the agreed checkout schedule in order to have the house ready for the next guests. We always strive to treat our guests with respect and provide a high-quality experience, and we expect the same level of communication and consideration in return.

The property was new, clean, large, with very good swimming pool and modern house. We are family of seven and our stay was amazing. The host Juan was excellent in his communication, guidelines and he made our stay more enjoyable. He went the extra mile to recommend some activities for us. We recommend this property to customers.

Excellent experience! The house was spotless, very comfortable, spacious and with all the amenities you need to enjoy it to the fullest. The pool, terrace and all spaces were in perfect condition. The host was very attentive and kind throughout the stay, always willing to help and making sure that everything was fine. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended, 10/10!

Juan Fred was a very attentive host. He always answered us and was attentive to everything. His house is very beautiful, as shown in the pictures. We had a very nice vacation with my family. The house comes with everything you need to relax and enjoy. Very close to beautiful beaches. We hope to return.

We loved our stay at this place. Everything was in excellent condition, very clean and well cared for, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A very comfortable and safe house, with a lot of privacy, Juan Fred was always attentive to anything we needed, he responded very quickly to calls or messages, he also gave us a lot of flexibility both for check-in and check-out It is a very comfortable house, there were 9 of us and we were very comfortable, in addition to the proximity to the beach and restaurants, totally recommended

Our stay at the place was great, the place is as shown in the pictures. The place was super clean and fully equipped, which allowed us to feel at home, a cozy space and not what to say about its beds. The terrace and pool area is very nice, in addition to it has a gas grill, table and exterior chairs so we could have a barbecue night enjoying the pool at the same time. Juan Fred was always attentive to any questions we had, in the same way, he was super flexible with our check-in and check-out, which made our enjoyment even easier. In short, we will come back and recommend this stay.
