We stayed at Mariano’s to celebrate my bachelor party, and had a wonderful time. Thank you for everything!

Mariano was a pleasure. Very responsive and had recommendations. We had a great stay. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space. We enjoyed the views and walking the beach. We used the pool almost every day.

We were a party of 14. Plenty of rooms for everyone. The beach in front of the house is lovely. Mariano was great with local information & suggestions of activities, arranging transportation, etc. It is a beautiful house on a very walkable beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing stay at this property, we were a group of eight, including kids. The views from the house were absolutely spectacular, and the house itself was big, gorgeous, well-stocked with all the essentials (though we personally would have liked a slightly bigger kitchen). Mariano was an incredible host - he helped us with restaurant reservations, taxis, and even arranged a private chef for one of the days. Most importantly, he was always available, answering questions and offering help whenever we needed it. A big thank you as well to Lupita for keeping the house spotless every day! While the Cozumel (or for that matter entire Playa/Cancun) had some seaweed issues during our stay, it didn’t dampen our spirits. We highly recommend this property!

My favorite of the houses I’ve stayed in this area. From check in to check out the place was a dream. Mariano was extremely communicative the entire time. Went above and beyond to provide early check-in and late check out. He was very kind and efficient Lupita, the Cleaner did a fabulous job every single day… Which could not have been easy with six kids! The home was very clean and updated. The AC worked perfectly. The pool was amazing. Accommodated the children with a pack and play. Had great recommendations for where to go and what to do. This was one of my favorite houses. I’ve stayed in and will absolutely stay here again.

The Villa was exactly as pictured and described. Spacious, clean, and beautiful. More than enough room for our entire group of 14. Mariano communicated promptly to every need of ours. The pool area and beach area made us feel like we were in paradise! We opted for a chef to come for only dinner, but we should have booked more meals…it was delicious!

Mariano is very responsive. He helped arrange transportation to and from the airport for our group, arranged for taxis to pick us up during our stay, offered to make restaurant reservations, and also set up massages for us. We also used Chef Fransico and his crew for 3 meals and a snack. Excellent food! Beautiful home with a fully stocked kitchen! Plenty of room for our group of 12. Thanks for being such a great host, Mariano!

The villa is spectacular. Beautiful pool right on beach. Mariano was the best host we have had with Airbnb. So easy to communicate with and so responsive to questions. Provided great recommendations

Mariano was absolutely hands down the BEST!!! He helped us book massages, he helped book private chef for several meals and helped book our snorkel trip with the best guides!!! We had the best time!!! 110% recommend this home and him!!

Mariano was wonderful. He helped with so much. Including dinner reservations, massage bookings and even the most wonderful day out on a catamaran. Anything I needed, he was there. His crew was wonderful as well.

The house was amazing but what really made the stay excellent was having Mariano. He organized taxis for us as well as a private boat charter. He also helped us organize a private chef, Francisco! Truly an unforgettable experience. Thank you so much for the amazing memories!! We hope to be back soon.
