Nice location and secure. Restaurants and things to do all within walking distance. Host provided connection to set up transportation if needed. Also gave recommendations for things close by. Would stay again if we visit Cabo in the future. Thank you Brad and Lulu!

Brad’s Place is a great location. A grocery store and the mall downstairs are very convenient. The view is beautiful looking out over the marina. It’s walking distance to many great restaurants and bars whether in the marina or downtown and an easy 8 minute walk to the beach.

This was our second stay at Brad's place. We love the location, the setting, the amenities, and how responsive the hosts are. Check in and out were so easy! And if you want to be close to everything - shopping, crazy Cabo bars, amazing restaurants, beautiful beach, fishing, sailing, or just sitting at the Marina, sipping a frozen drink from pineapple while watching the boats lane and return while being serenade by sea lions! Beds were comfy and everything was clean. Our bathroom even came with a curling iron and straightener in addition to the hair dryer. Nice touch! There's a great grocery store in the mall (chedraui) so you can eat in the condo as much as you'd like, including using the BBQ. Hot tub was great! We loved sitting in it at night, unwinding after a busy day, watching the stars.

Brad was super flexible as our check was a complicated with us renting several condos in the same facility at the same time for an annual fishing trip. He gave us recommendations and really made the stay feel comfortable. Def coming back.

Brad’s place was phenomenal. Everything you need is conveniently located walking distance. Extremely safe to walk at any time of the day. Ton of food options recreational activities. will definitely be staying here again. Also was able to set up a ride through brads contacts!

From check in to check out, Brad and the host were friendly and helpful. The home was comfortable, spacious, and within walking distance to all of our favorite restaurants and activities in Cabo.

We only stayed at brads for 2 days but it was perfect! Great location, comfortable and had everything we needed! If we come back to Cabo we would stay here again!

The place is fantastic, beautiful. Close to literally everything around the marina and downtown. The parking is separate from the mall and was initially hard to find, but very safe and secure with 24 hour security. At night on the weekends, you can hear the music from the adjacent clubs throughout the night so earplugs or white noise might be advisable if you’d like to go to sleep early. The place was otherwise private and safe, well decorated and classy, and very walkable. Brad was great and reached out to check on us. 

Definitely am going to stay here again!

Brad and his Crew were extremely responsive to any and all questions that we had. The location of the property was so convenient to everything that we did not need any type of additional transportation. We were basically "On" the Marina which provided unlimited access to dozens of restaurants and shops. Our fishing excursion launched steps from our property and we were picked up for our ATV excursion a half block from our unit. Property was perfect with 2 bedrooms with private baths and an awesome rooftop area with hot tub and chairs.

excellent location, security, and awesome updated accommodation, with all the amenities. restaurants and groceries all within walking distance. Brad was available and quick to respond, and had hot tub cleaned upon arrival.
