Shelly was great! Very responsive. House was big and fit all 15 of us comfortably! Great location near all our Fortuna adventures.

The house was perfect for our Large family. Shelly made a some accommodations for our family that was more than 16. We had a couple of issues come up that needed her advice/attention and she was right on it.

Amazing place! Beautiful views, quiet and peaceful. Host was very responsive and we enjoyed every area. Photos of the place were accurate!

We were only six people so the place was VERY roomy, which was great. It was very well equipped and included great pool, great outdoor space with barbecue and second kitchen plus huge outdoor deck. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms very spacious, we were very happy with the house. Shelly was very responsive and helpful.

We are beyond grateful to Shelly and Luca, these hosts have truly been the absolute best. From the moment we arrived, we knew our first large family trip to La Fortuna was going to be something special, but this experience exceeded anything we could have imagined. The view of the volcano was stunning—easily one of the highlights of the home. The property itself was breathtaking and even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Words really can’t describe how incredible Shelly’s place is. Shelly and Luca were exceptional, responsive, attentive, and they truly went above and beyond. A very special thank you to Luca, he was absolutely amazing. He took care of our every need, booked all of our activities, arranged transportation, and made sure we had a perfect plan every day. Everything felt seamless and completely stress-free because of him. Our kids absolutely loved the pool, and the surroundings were peaceful with such a beautiful landscape. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property! The location was perfect—close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the town, making it easy to get around while still enjoying a peaceful setting. The home itself was beautiful, spacious, and comfortably accommodated our group of 6 adults and 5 kids with plenty of room for everyone. One of our favorite features was the second-floor balcony, where we enjoyed incredible views of Arenal Volcano each day. The host was friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Five stars!

Shelly and Luca are amazing hosts. The property looked just like the pictures if not better. Considering it is a tropical country, the property was spotless and no bugs or critters to be found. The responsiveness and updates were almost instant. They are very friendly and helped us through the stay. The house was cosy, kitchen had almost every appliance can imagine. Air fryer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, rice cooker, crockpots, and a fully stocked kitchen. Pool was clean and refreshing. We hope to return back and visit House Q again.

Great stay! We had a group of 12 and this place was perfect for our group.

This home worked out great for our extended family 13 people plenty of room. Terrific views all around.

It was a good villa !

A beautiful place to stay. Open and clean. The only bad thing was that the pool was broken and she let us know, and made accommodations to us for that. Fortunately for us we weren't there long enough to miss it. We checked in late night time and left early the next morning. It accommodated 14 of us easily. If I was ever back in the area I would come back here.

Q House was a great space for our group of 3 families. The location was great, peaceful and had the most gorgeous sunset views of the volcano. Shelley was responsive to anything we needed. Luca was great planning our adventures for us. We hope to stay again!
