Philip is an excellent host. He always responded to our questions, requests and inquiries very quickly. Philip also often contacted us on his own to inquire about our wellbeing. I would immediately recommend Philip and the accommodation. Thank you very much.

The house is super nice. Everything was clean and tidy. The description was very accurate with what we found upon our arrival. Philip was always very friendly. He responded to us at all times for any concerns. Our family was very satisfied with the home and Phillip's treatment. We would stay again without thinking twice.

I stayed 5 days with my family and everything was great. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. Philip responded quickly. It's close to Playa Negra. There are lots of games in the house. The pool is large. There's good parking for vehicles, and it has a bonus: we were able to charge our car. Simply spectacular!! I would definitely come back.

Beautiful home! The back yard was amazing. My favorite thing was the shower concept of this house. Everything was new, clean modern and the lush outdoors was perfect!

Philip is a great host. He helped us super quickly with a problem we had with the Internet and was always willing to assist with any questions we had about the area. The villa allows you to be in touch with nature. It's very well equipped. It feels like being at home. We will definitely be back! Thank you Philip :)

It was great that it had a charger for an electric car 😬🚗. Also, the place is very, very nice, modern and comfortable. We literally felt right at home. We had a parade of monkeys coming down the beautiful giant tree 🌳 on the property. I hope to come back soon.

We had an amazing stay in Puerto Viejo! The property was beautiful, peaceful, and close to everything. One of the highlights was having a sloth visit our backyard, it was such a magical experience for my kids. We also loved waking up to the sounds of howler monkeys each morning, which made us feel truly immersed in nature. The host was fantastic. He provided the most detailed directions I've ever received, making arrival completely stress-free. Throughout our stay, he was attentive and checked in regularly to see if we needed the pool or house cleaned. The neighbours were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and we made memories that will last a lifetime. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Viejo!

Very happy to have chosen this place to enjoy Puerto Viejo. It was definitely the cherry on top. We arrived before the expected time and they allowed us to check in, and also to check out later. The house was very clean and nice. It is a private space, surrounded by nature, which makes it even better. It is very close to the best restaurants and beaches. Highly recommended.

We loved the house 🏡. Excellent location because it's central but private. Everything in the house is like new, very well maintained, and very clean. ♥️ The house has beautiful frogs 🐸, and the whole experience in the middle of the stay is amazing. The only downside was that the neighbor took the bunch of bananas 🥲😂 Anyway… it was never mine, so there's absolutely nothing wrong 🤝

Beautiful house, the spaces are very well distributed, impeccable and with every detail very well thought out to have an amazing time with family or friends. Phillip the host, very proactive, always attentive and available to make our stay more enjoyable. The pool area is wonderful with interesting games to have fun and have a good time, very spacious, beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. The location is very good and the place is very safe. I would definitely go again, highly recommended.
