Five stars isn’t enough! Ericka’s place in Acapulco was beyond amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views? Absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the ocean view and mountains every morning felt like a dream. Ericka and staff was the perfect host: super responsive, thoughtful, and full of great local recommendations that made our trip even more special. They made us feel truly welcomed and at home. Everything was great! Erika was always attentive to everything, answered our questions and was attentive to every detail of the accommodation. The people in the house are very nice and helpful too! We would definitely go back!!
The house is amazing, huge, very comfortable, it is impeccably decorated, we loved it very much, the pool is clean, nice, the view is amazing. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. They all have a walk-in closet and private bathroom. The air conditioners are functional, the attention from the hosts is incredible, 100% recommended

An incredible place to stay in Acapulco, the lady who serves during the day is super friendly and helpful, they leave everything very clean and are always on the lookout for anything you need. I loved that every room has its own bathroom and air conditioning, which makes the stay very comfortable. The view towards the bay is very beautiful and has large common spaces for living as a family or with friends.
Amazing Cristina's food, she is super cute and helpful. The house is very comfortable and beautiful, incredible for family days.

We had a great time. The cook made very rich food. I had a problem with the refrigerator and Erika immediately solved it, excellent attention
we stay 3 nights at the house, and 2 of those nights we don't have a/c we reported to employees, and they never reported to Ericka to fix the problem when I talk to her she just give me excuses, nice place poor service.

Siente mucho estos inconvenientes Martín, todas las casas a veces tiene problemas que tratamos de solucionar lo antes posible para que tengan una buena experiencia. Por medio de la plataforma nunca fui notificada sobre estos problemas y te aseguro que los hubiéramos tratado de resolver lo antes posible pero me notificaste un domingo a las 10 de la noche y era complicado resolverlo y aún así mandamos a alguien a tratar de solucionarlo. Siento mucho tu calificación pues no creo que merezcamos casi una suspensión de nuestro alojamiento gracias a la calificación tan baja que nos diste.
The accommodation is in perfect condition. The house is large and well distributed, comfortable each with its bathroom, the plus of this accommodation are the people who are in such a house for what is offered and the lady who cooks super attentive and her amazing season, the pool is very well, would definitely come back.
We felt right at home. The communication, the service, the location. Everything excellent. We'll definitely be back.
The stay was very pleasant, the people who take care of the house were very friendly. There's nothing missing to be comfortable on your vacation. Super recommended.
