I made an inquiry days before our arrival, but I didn't receive a response from the host. Upon arrival, the check-in process was a bit confusing, as the staff was not clear about our reservation. Fortunately, they helped us resolve the situation at the restaurant. Overall the experience was very good. We chose the family cabi bus and loved it because it is a private, quiet space away from other activities. The lighting was adequate, the kitchen had what was needed, the internet worked very well, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Among aspects to improve, one of the lights was not working, the bathroom seemed a bit small to us, and it would be important to strengthen communication between the host, the staff, and the guests to avoid problems at check-in. The next day we received a response from the host, who apologized for what happened and was thoughtful enough to offer us complimentary drinks, a gesture that we appreciate.

It needs a little bit of maintenance, but nothing that affects the tranquility of the place

It is a very nice place, with good extras such as being able to use the facilities, a discount at the restaurant, and flexible check-in/out. It's private and very nice. I recommend bringing your own ingredients like salt and so on. The only criticism is the cleanliness, the blankets had hairs, the grill was very dirty and the glass was dirty.
