Was a nice house.

Our two week stay at Sun and Sea Beach house was great. The house itself is comfortable and accommodated two couples seamlessly. We experienced a few technical and mechanical glitches, but Mirko was quick to respond and fix whatever issues we had. As has been mentioned before, the location with the Caribbean lapping at the shore in front of us, couldn’t be beat. Be advised that there isn’t a walking beach in front of the house. Instead you walk in to the water from your beachfront yard and do your walks elsewhere! The house is located about 3 miles from Hopkins Village. Definitely need a car or golf cart to get around. We recommend Mango’s Restaurant and Sittee River Marina both of which are within walking distance from the house.

This was one of the nicest Airbnb‘s. We’ve stayed at. Having its own private beach with several of spots to relax, including the hammocks was amazing. Details were thought of including labeling all the light switches, extra towels and comfortable beds. The washing machine broke before we arrived and Mirko was nice enough to take our laundry and clean it for us. Overall, this is amazing place.

We had a fantastic stay at the beach house. All the amenities and fixin's for settling in. And a super treat with manatees right off the pier on our last morning. Also secured a short notice, guided snorkel trip without flinching. Awesome service and communication the whole way. Thanks for a sweet stay.

My family and I loved staying at the Sun & Sea Beach house! The home was perfect for our family. The beach front was lovely and so very peaceful. The accommodations were exactly as described and we would definitely book through Mirko again.

The place is the perfect area if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing experience.

Can’t beat the location, gives you options to head to town or just spend time relaxing on your own beach.

Mirko was an extremely helpful host! The place is beautiful and walkable to the start of all of our Sittee River adventures (bioluminescence tour and snorkeling) Having bikes was great to bike into “downtown” Hopkins from the house

Great setup for our family with amazing views. Neighborhood is quiet, 2 restaurants within walking distance or a short drive to town. The laundry was so convenient to have. Host was very helpful in recommending local attractions and tours.

Loved staying at the Sun and Sea Beach House. It was in a perfect location for us. Close enough to town to be able to access many great restaurants but also very private. The porch was our favorite place to spend time anytime we were at the house. Mirko was always available to answer questions or take care of any of our needs. Would definitely stay here again. Loved it.

The Sun and Sea Beach House did not disappoint. We enjoyed watching the antics of the pelicans from the screened-in porch. A golf cart was very helpful for getting around.

We had a wonderful visit! The home and yard were clean and beautiful. My boys had fun relaxing in the hammocks and playing out in the ocean. The bikes were nice and renting golf carts was an easy way to travel the 3ish miles into Hopkins. Make sure you check out the Sittee River Marina & The Curve Bar which is just a short walk down the road. A great value and Mirko was very helpful!
