How do I begin to describe the most magical vacation I’ve ever had? Being born in Belize, over the years I’ve spent a lot of time at San Pedro. As a child, I remember walking up and down the beach and admiring the few beachfront homes, Dream Casa being my favorite, never imagining I would end up staying there one day. Long story short…Cancer changes everything. I’m in remission and focusing on the people closest to me. Whether by chance or it was meant to be, I found Dream Casa on Air B&B, met Colleen on my trip, shared a few stories and somehow felt like I’d known her all along. Although I didn’t meet Sean in person, I also felt a connection. He provided so many details/places to go, and willingly responded immediately to any questions I had. Thank you Colleen and Sean for trusting us with your beautiful home. I would recommend staying there in a heartbeat. It is truly a retreat and I hope that this never becomes another luxury high rise at San Pedro. It is just too special for that!

It was a great place for my family. We had plenty of room to spread out. Great views. It was close to all of the things we want to do. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent, walkable location with lots of space for a group larger than our party of five. Ramon’s is right next door, making it so easy to go dive or enjoy their restaurant. Wine shop across the street and ice cream shop just a few-minute walk south. Several grocery store options are walkable. Very convenient location to both the airport and water taxi. We were really happy we chose Dream Casa for our first trip to Belize, and we would definitely stay here again! Also, excellent and personalized service with check-in and check-out!

We loved our time in San Pedro! We will still be talking about this trip years from now. The house was wonderful. We particularly enjoyed having drinks on the rooftop porch at sunset, and then making dinner in the well-stocked kitchen. The location was so convenient to the water and to town. We took advantage of our proximity to Ramon’s and swam off the dock at least once a day. Many thanks to Nellie and her whole team who were extremely welcoming and helpful.

Our two families of four had a great time at the Dream Casa! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The decks and outdoor spaces were incredible. The location is great - walkable to stores and restaurants. Two unanticipated bonuses - 1) very few bugs due to the ocean breezes and 2) even with heavy sargassum on San Pedro, it didn't really build up much in front of the house due to the sea wall and geography. The host and property management company were very communicative and went over and beyond to help us out several times, including arranging some birthday decorations and a cake for one of our guests. Would highly recommend staying at Dream Casa for larger groups.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay with Sean. Dream Casa is exactly that, a dream. We came with a total of 6 people. We all had enough space to spread out, had enough bathrooms and showers. It was quiet to sleep. We could enjoy the view from the deck, the sitting room, and the rooftop. Games and puzzles are available for downtime. Upon reserving we had recommendations for transportation and excursions. A restaurant is right next door. A market is within walking distance for snacks or for us, we had dinner and breakfast in a couple of times. I will be recommending Dream Casa to others. We had an amazing stay!

We really enjoyed the property and its location on the island. Would recommend for anyone traveling with a group! The multiple decks were also nice and spacious.
