It met all our expectations: comfort, space, amenities, cleanliness. The property is very well maintained in a quiet area. It was much more spacious than we thought from the photos. Communication was always attentive, prompt, and clear. Great for large families or multiple families. The kitchen is very complete, and if you add the barbecue, it's no problem to get organized and not leave the property and enjoy it.

The residence we rented in Puerto Aventuras met all our expectations. The house was really clean and everything (mainly utilities such as lighting, plumbing, appliances, Wi-Fi, and A/C ) worked well. Beautiful decorations inside and outside the house. All the other amenities were available. The pool was nice for family relaxation. Will definitely rent again in the future. The house is large, spacious and comfortable, in an excellent location. All the The areas are well maintained and clean. Everything works. Wonderful!

We had a great time in this very beautiful house. Sergio Alan and his team were always very helpful and recommended a great boat trip with Thomas as skipper and one night they recommended two chefs who made a marvelous dinner for us. All people were very friendly and the daily cleaning service was a great treat. We can absolutely recommend the house and the stay. The view from the house is wonderful, you see water, palm trees and some boat lessons from the boat / surf school at the other side of the marina. The house has all what one needs, the kitchen is well equipped so that we were able to cook for ourselves without any problems. Thanks for everything, we truly appreciated your hospitality!

Great place to go with family or friends!

This place is amazing, I stayed with my family and being a large family we really appreciated the comfort of the rooms that are large, all have a bathroom and very comfortable beds. The place is impeccable and clean, they have all the kitchen and laundry utensils so that nothing is ever missing. We would definitely return to this beautiful place, we always felt right at home.

Casa Caleta was amazing. We had a great time. Rosanna, Sergio, Francesca, and team were super responsive to anything we needed. This is a great stay in Puerto Aventuras.

This Casa is beautiful and luxurious, and our consierge Francesca was so helpful and accomodatet for all our needs. The Chef service she reccomended made heavenly food, and Roxana held the house so clean and nice. We were 14 persons in 3 generations who loved to stay there, and there was always an spot to enjoy wether to be social or to find some peace. We spend a lot time in the pool, and the kids just loved it. With kids the distance to centro of P.A was a bit to far, but got good reccomondations for golfcart and taxi. Some bikes could also have been helpful to explore the area. Would definitely recommend this Casa.

The property was gorgeous & was a perfect space for our group to just hang out in the pool, relax, and enjoy. The home itself was beautiful, completely accurately pictured and described, truly a stunning home. Comfortable beds, AC! They were very sweet about letting us decorate the place for our event and make it extra special for our bride. The hosts were INCREDIBLE, helping us at every step of the way including helping us plan activities (catamaran picked us up right at the house) arranging transportation, helping us with deliveries, and setting up a fantastic private chef experience. All exquisite. The pool is everything— even has a small section of shallow water for anyone who just wants to cool off but doesn’t want a full swim. It is large enough to fit a big group which was also a plus. Only downside of the property is that it isn’t particularly close to the restaurants nearby, but with the help of their recommended very affordable taxi service everything felt accessible!
