Everything is excellent: the location, cleanliness and facilities!

The pictures do not accurately represent this property. The actual property is better than the photos—much, much better! In fact, I was the first of our group to enter the house and observed everyone’s reaction as they entered. It was always the same: Wow!! The dramatic architecture is the first thing that we noticed; spacious and well-designed. Each bedroom is a good size and had its own bathroom. The pool is a perfect size. The location could not be better. Just a couple of blocks walk to the beach and a one minute drive to a grocery store and several restaurants. With the security guard at the gate, we felt safe the entire time. Highly recommend!

The details and the comfort of the house made our stay excellent.

Beautiful and clean spot, finding it was a bit difficult for me but just follow Ana's instructions. The maintenance folks cut some coconuts for us and prepared them for us to drink. Great spot to relax. AC works perfectly.

This is a gorgeous, very spacious house for large groups. There were twelve of us (two different families), and we never felt cramped in the common areas. The house is very well maintained, and someone came to take care of the pool every day. They're very quick to respond. For example, we had an air-conditioning problem at 10:00 p.m., and a technician came right away to fix it. The area is very quiet and safe. Within a few minutes' walk, we have access to the beach (please note that we do not have access to the club, which is reserved for the owners), a grocery store, local restaurants, and various vendors. Plus, there are several buses nearby that let us visit the nearby villages and beaches (we didn't have a car).

Ana's home was great for our group! We felt very safe and the guards at the front gate were very helpful with helping us get rides. The home was spacious and had all amenities included! Would def. recommend staying at Ana's home. Thank you Ana for accommodating our early check in and being extremely helpful and providing quick responses!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house is fully equipped, from kitchen, to pool, to bedrooms and baths. We loved the full design of the house, a bit of spanish rustic style, along with a little bit of modern industrial style, and my favorite part was all the natural plants inside and outside of the house. The house had floaties for the pool and our kiddos loved it, we dined outside and inside, and spent a large part of the days at the pool. They provided large pool towels as well which were super helpful as we forgot to pack this. We werent able to figure out how to get to the beach walking from the house or within the neighborhood, but we spent our beach days in El Tunco. The grocery store is minutes away. If we come back, we would love to stay here again. We found a cute coffee shop we had to go back too - Surf Cafe. The host was extremely responsive even when our flights were delayed in helping us locate the house, we appreciated this so much.

Ana’s house is absolutely amazing! We had a fantastic time, and what really stood out was that each bedroom had its own bathroom—such a great convenience. Ana was incredibly responsive both before and during our stay, making everything seamless. The home is located in a beautiful gated community, providing both security and tranquility. It’s a perfect, family-friendly place, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The ranch is very nice, comfortable and clean. Ana was always attentive and supported us during our stay.
