The stay was very comfortable. The area is safe and quiet to rest and work. We really liked that I had hot water and air conditioners in every room and area. The terrace is very and comfortable. The location is very good since the apartment has a nice view of the city and is close to pharmacies, cafes, supermarkets and other points of interest. An easy way to get there is to order Uber from the cafeteria seven beans that is in front of the venue. There is an excellent price-quality ratio, the photos correlate with the place, which is even better; check-in was easy and quick, even Luis helped us with our bags.

We were super comfortable in Julio's Home. There is a lot of space, it was clean when we arrived, it is in a good location, and The price is cheap. Also, He was always quick to respond

We had an amazing stay at Julio's apartment in Panama. Communication with him was excellent from the beginning, always attentive to our needs and giving us recommendations for us to enjoy our visit to the fullest. The apartment is simply perfect, very spacious, comfortable and with all the amenities one might need. The location is also unbeatable, close to restaurants, shops, and major city attractions. This place certainly exceeded our expectations. Julio is an exceptional host who genuinely cares about making his guests feel at home. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a spectacular place to stay in Panama.We'll be back soon!

This listing was a great deal. The apartment was as described and pictured. Julio was helpful and accommodating. The rooms were nice and all had air conditioning. There were plenty of towels and linens. We'll definitely look to stay here again.

Our stay in Julio apartment was perfect. From the beginning, communication with Julio was impeccable, being willing to help even though we had a problem at the airport and arrived later. Their reception was a 10. The apartment is as shown in the photographs. 3 large rooms (one with double bed, tv and armchair; another with two double beds and a cot and another with two single beds, tv), two bathrooms and a large living-dining room-kitchen with all the comforts. It also has two very large terraces. There's air conditioning on every stay. Although there are water and light cuts in Panama, we had no problems. In fact, on the day that maybe there could be a cut, Julio warned us. The wifi worked perfectly and we also had a washer and dryer. If we return to Panama, we will book this place without a doubt.

Will never rent at this building again To many problems dirty apartment, wi-fi and internet with TV problems, slow water pressure in some parts in the apartment no elevator, problems trying to flush the toilet.

El apt está en condiciones correctas. Los aires fueron atendidos y el equipo con situación remplazado. El WiFi era un tema de la laptop del huésped y los técnicos del proveedor se lo confirmaron. La baja presión se debió a problemas de agua a nivel nacional. Existen comunicados de la autoridad de agua nacional. Sucio y polvoriento? Señores el apartamento se entrega limpio e inpecable incluso su ropa de cama y almohadas eran nuevas.... Si oretentende lograr calidad Ritz c. No busque apartamentos... No somos hoteles... La TV se le mostró que es un tema del usuario que no saben usar los controles. El anuncio dice claramente que no tiene elevador.... Es de tres niveles y si, toca subir por la escalera. Lo del inodoro. Si no hay agua en toda la ciudad. Le dejo saber que el tanque de reserva hizo su trabajo.... Tampoco lo recibirá nuevamente por mi hospedaje. No es grato recibir personas que buscan la crítica en cada detalle pues no es una entrega de la compra de su apartamento nuevo....

The place is big, as shown in the pictures. The place had lots of air and light maintenance issues. The host was friendly and understood our reasons for disgust.

Pros: Large place that was comfortable for multiple people for a longer stay. Full sized kitchen and large and nice set up on the balcony. I appreciated the mats on the floor in one of the bedroom, it was great for doing yoga. Building was quiet and location couldn't have been better with the availability of restaurants, grocery stores and activities. Beds were fairly comfortable, water was hot in the shower and washer/dryer was great for a longer stay Cons: The cleaning fee was high and yet there was a layer of black dust on the floors and counters. The apartment had obviously been cleaned before our arrival, but perhaps because of the doors and windows to the outside did not seal properly the floors left our feet black and tracked everywhere. Cleaning supplies were available and we were able to mop to make it somewhat better. The ceiling on the patio also had a hole in it and was crumbling.

Julio was an excellent host. One thing I would like to point out that was not in the description. There are 3 flights of steps to access the condo, no elevator. Pros: Good neighborhood, taxis available within steps of the condo. There is a cafe directly across the street, good food. Many varied restaraunts within walking distance as well as a casino. The condo itself is very spacious with a huge balcony. The beds were comfortable. Cons: Did not always have hot water in the showers, this seems to be a common occurrence all over Panama. You may want to do a little extra cleaning to suit your standards, but for the price this condo is an excellent value.

Julio is a great host. He is very friendly and responsive on communication. The apartment is very roomy, and ideal for families. My son loved being outside in the little hammock on the balcony. The apartment has visible wear, which is not a problem for me at all. But, most days throughout the week we stayed there there was low water pressure. Some days you couldn’t even take a shower because of that. Water was also cold. Julio was prompt in trying to address the cold water problem, but unfortunately his attempt didn’t fix it. We stayed with 3 little children, and while cold showers may be ok for adults, toddlers don’t appreciate them :) If the water issue is fixed this place is a great place to stay at, however. 5 stars for Julio as a host, just the apartment needs a little bit of maintenance work.

We had booked this apartment before. Everything is fine again this time. Large spacious apartment, excellent for children to play, also a few toys are provided. One small thing was to complain this time, however, we had no water on the 3rd floor from noon to late afternoon on some days due to the lack of water pressure. This is not so bad now because there were gallons of water in the emergency supply that Julio bunkered in the laundry room. Julio and his family were very friendly and responds to problems and questions, information you need quickly. Thank you again for the pleasant stay in the apartment. Best regards to Julio and family!

The perfect location. Very good value for money. The apartment is very large and with a large terrace. Very well equipped apartment. Cleanliness is fine, except for the floor, the entire house floor had not been moped in months, and I have to do it myself. Also the communication with the owner a little difficult, although his listing did not contain the correct location, I did not want to facilitate the exact address until I was in the area.

Unlike other reviews it was cleaned, could have been better, but you can also grab a cloth yourself, and the furniture or appliances are no longer young. The area is top and safe, tourist area and friendly are the people on site, slightly noisy on the street. For families a top accommodation, large and spacious, plenty of space. Technically very good facilities from the kitchen to the digital. Nearby there is a large park, where children/ teenagers of all ages can let off steam and play...that was really great...highly recommended, the location of the accommodation to the park is also good. Julio was eager when we had questions. We would definitely book the place again...recommended. Thank you for the time on site. A little over 3 weeks we had booked this accommodation.

First impression is important For me, and the first thing I see is that the refrigerator and stove are dirty with finger prints Al over, over all about cleanliness it needs improvement. With said we love the location.

Excellent value, extremely big apartment walking distance to shops and the metro. The balcony is so nice to sit and drink coffee. The unit has everything you need, big space and well equipped. You really don’t need anything else. The bird life was such a nice surprise, absolutely beautiful area in the heart of the city. Julio and his caretaker are so friendly and helpful, thank you so much. Look forward to see you again.

This apartment was amazing. It was spacious, clean and exactly as the advertisement. It is in a lovely area and within walking distance or a short Uber ride to so much in Panama City. Julio was a most accommodating host, communicated quickly and ensured that we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend this to anybody looking for a family apartment. It even has a cot so our baby Granddaughter was completely at home.

I would highly recommend Julio’s place. Great communication with quick responses if I had questions or needed anything. I was concerned about travel during Covid restrictions so I waited until I got to Panama to book my AirBnB. When I told Julio that I was available to check-in at noon, he rushed to get it ready and allowed me to check-in early so it was seamless during my work day. The location was amazing with multiple markets and restaurants within a few minutes walk and I always felt safe walking in the late evening. Keep in mind that you need to know the building name to easily find places on Google maps. Also, the flat is on the 3rd floor with no elevators so if you come for a long stay with lots of luggage, you will have to put in a little work but it was worth the effort,

The check in went smoothly, the host met us promptly at the agreed upon time, and was very helpful. The apartment was just as advertised and in the photos. It’s very spacious, bright, clean with large windows. The bedrooms are very comfortable, all air conditioners working well. The kitchen is well equipped, lots of dishes and pots. The washer and dryer worked well. The covered patio space is very large with a nice table and chairs , and lots of room to do yoga or stretch in the morning, and to sit outside in the evening. The location near Via Argentina is excellent, lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and convenience stores on every block. There is a nice park and green space nearby, with a basketball court, tennis court, and exercise equipment.
