Very nice stay, the area was super safe with a guard at the front, but the house was really close to the front gate making it easy to walk to the store without having to walk through the whole neighborhood.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing. Upon arrival around 4 PM, the property was not ready. The water was completely shut off, leaving toilets, sinks, and showers unusable for about three hours. The house was also unprepared: the AC and fans were off, outdoor furniture was not set up, and the pool was not clean. A pool technician arrived later that evening, and additional plumbing repairs were required the next day. One downstairs shower had very poor water pressure, leaving only two functional showers instead of the three advertised. Parking was another issue, as the advertised driveway was unavailable and we were directed to park around the corner. While the owner communicated and made efforts to resolve the problems, guests should reasonably expect utilities, amenities, and parking to be ready at check-in. Unfortunately, the number of issues significantly affected our stay, and I cannot rate this property higher than 2 stars.

This is first for me! I guess after 104 great reviews there is always going to be one who finds a reason to be unsatisfied. I asked numerous times, starting two days in advance when we could expect them. I finally got an answer minutes before they showed up! Did I have water issues, yes! Did I work to resolve them immediately, yes! As for the pool, yes leaves blow onto the pool and they need to be skimmed off. The HOA is in the process of upgrading the main entrance in the community which has changed some parking areas. Parking moved to half a block away. Please disregard this review and trust those before her.

We had a great stay! Thomas was an excellent host and was very responsive and helpful with recommendations on what to do in the area. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Pedregal!

We stayed at Casa Colibri over the Christmas holiday. On Christmas Eve there were a few unexpected and unavoidable issues with the house. Thomas went out of his way to resolve each issue as fast as possible even on a holiday. We couldn't be happier with Thomas as a host. I highly recommend the location! It's mostly walkable to the Marina and restaurants. The coffee shop and grocery just 3 blocks away is wonderful! The kids loved the heated pool and reading on the terrace is lovely!

The location of this Airbnb was great, super walkable to the marina, small grocery store, and downtown area. It felt very secure and we appreciated Thomas’s recommendations for transportation from the airport and flexibility letting us check in a little early. One issue we had was the home was not cleaned thoroughly when we checked in, things seemed dusty/dirty and the bed linens weren’t very clean. We also found 10+ dead cockroaches around the home when we first arrived. I think some bugs are understandable given the climate but cleaners should definitely check for that between guests. We cleaned them up on our own and we were glad that cleaners came after we reached out, to do a more thorough cleaning.

Nice place, but we did have an issue with property stolen from the unit. Suggest you not leave valuables in the unit, there is no safe to lock anything up.
