The room is comfortable, has air conditioning and, although it's a bit small, it's fine. However, there were TWO MAJOR PROBLEMS. The first is that the apartment is on the THIRD FLOOR and this is not clearly indicated in the description. This is important information for any guest, especially if they are carrying luggage or have any mobility difficulties. The second was the ELECTRONIC LOCK. It runs on batteries and they ran out, so we were completely locked out without an alternative way to get in. The security guard also had no key or other way to get in. The owner tried to get a locksmith, but after almost TWO HOURS there was still no solution. In the meantime, we had to look for an extra battery, research how the lock worked, and even rely on AI to find a way in. Finally, WE WERE THE ONES WHO MANAGED TO SOLVE IT. The room is fine, but these two issues should be corrected.

The place is clean and well kept. Both rooms have AC but the common space does not. It is located on a third floor, only stairs - no elevator. It's a mild inconvenience for us, but could be an issue for people with mobility challenges. Security and check-in were fine, but parking is some distance away from the building, which during the rainy season will be inconvenient. Surroundings need a bit of love, but the pool seemed well maintained, even though we didn't use it. It is very close to the airport and to downtown Liberia. Also a convenient location for a quick trip to the coast. All in all, a good place with a comfortable bed to spend the night.

Regarding the apartment's location on the 3rd floor, the “About the Property” section states that the apartment is on the 3rd floor, that there is no elevator, and that it is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. This information has been included for some time, but we still appreciate your feedback.

It's our second time in this apartment, we came back because we liked the security, cleanliness, location and the service from Mr. Maynor. The apartment comes with everything you need for your stay, I recommend it 100%.

Great little place! We specifically love how private & secure it was. Not recommended if you don’t have a car rental though. A few things to point out: • there is AC only in the bedrooms, so the living/kitchen area is very hot, even with fans • the twin beds were VERY VERY uncomfortable. You could feel the springs. They need to be replaced for sure • the pool area…. All but one of the lounge chairs were broken :/ Regardless, I would absolutely stay here again.

Maynor’s place was perfect! The condo was beautiful and sparkling clean and the kitchen was well stocked with seasonings, pots/pans, coffee and tea as well as extra towels in the rooms. The location was very secure, peaceful, lovely and less than 10 minutes to downtown Liberia and the airport! Maynor was extremely kind and very quick with his response time, he even coordinated for a taxi to pick us up from the airport and take us to the condo which was amazing. Highly recommended!

Excellent choice for traveling with family and a dog, very well furnished, we didn't realize that it was on the third floor, which would be the only one, but when you arrive with tired children who are asleep, otherwise the location is very good.
