We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place. The checkin was a little difficult but they were proactive in helping us and even gave us one night free for the hassle we encountered during check in. I would recommend staying here in a heartbeat.

The house is amazing, I would stay there 100 times again. Spacious, clean, cozy, relaxing, beautiful view from the roof, really nice pool on the roof top too. Everything works perfectly, attention to detail is spotless, you literally have everything you could possibly need in the house. The location is really nice too, peaceful with a few cafes, personally I really liked Campanella, which is 3-5min walk from the house we went there every morning for breakfast, very easy to get to the beach too 10-15min by bicycle. The host was incredible, always there when you needed him for every question, rentals, tips about what to do and visit and solved any problems you may encounter. On checkout day I forgot my passport in the room and the host was incredibly fast in taking care of the situation, sending a trusted taxi driver with my passport to the location I was and literally saved the rest of my trip. Would highly recommend staying here!! :)

Everything I imagined and more…. The condo is by far my favourite… It’s stunning spacious and I think the picture do not do the justice ! So ph3 splits into 3 main sections : 1- the main floor which includes a beautiful master bedroom with a walk though closet to an indoor and outdoor rain showers! The kitchen is an open concept to the dining and living area … the perfect layout - sliding open to a balcony over looking the building central pool with a beautiful waterfall…. Not to mention the balcony wraps around and connects to a Lounge and another balcony with the same view ! 2- the private room - this is a king size room with its own full bathroom and balcony 3- upstairs - a king size room and it’s own private bathroom looking out to the private rooftop small pool and a stunning view of the sky. I personally took that room cuz cuz it was nice and felt breezy specially if they lighting show hits it’s one beautiful night view ! The kitchen literally offers everything you need from an amazing coffee machine to every little think you need to cook a beautiful feast at home . The gym is a small room but it’s perfect for a morning workout with the view of the common pool and waterfall There is a common rooftop but our place was too beautiful to care for the rooftop ! All and all to say … I personally think it was an amazing stay and will gladly revisit … You are also central in Adela zama with small shops, market and restaurants if you want to stroll in your neighbourhood! 15 min bicycle ride from the beach and Tulum Centro. Thanks to the management team we had a great time

This is a great apartment in a good area. Apartment: Beds are REALLY comfortable (so important!) and high quality with nice linens. Furnishing/Decor is lovely and like a home, you can tell it has been decorated with care. Support: Laura and Alfonso can't do enough for you and are professional, kind and always willing to help. They were able to arrange for us housekeeping services (great team!) and were always on call if we needed something. I honestly can't say enough good things about them, they made us feel like family and really took care of us. Amazing hosts. Amenities: The little pool on the roof deck is great in the evening plus BBQ. The complex also has the pool in the center and another small roof pool. WIFI is decent speed so we could work from the apartment (also very important). Very good air conditioning and fans in all the areas. They have a great coffee machine including steam milk frother. Area: The apartment is super easy to find albeit you will want to get to know the one way system if driving. There is a local supermarket (big one) within 7 mins drive and it is great value (especially for beer and food - also great butcher counter for steaks for the BBQ, also great bakery). A lovely sushi restaurant nearby and you can also drive down to the cool spots like Be Tulum Hotel and Nomade Hotel (if you eat/drink at their beach side restaurants no cover charge/beach club fees) with parking opposite for the day for 200 peso. We really enjoyed Nomade (just walk to the left of the reception desk through the bead curtain and follow the path onto the beach and you'll find a great little casual restaurant in the sand dunes by their pool. Safety and Noise: The area feels very safe where the apartment is located with front desk security (plus lots of police patrols). Some of the other apartments can party sometimes at night but our host was excellent in ensuring during the quiet hours they stopped so people can sleep. Having the front desk manned is great as if there are issues they can deal with it pretty quickly. Overall: This was a gem of an apartment it actually felt like home, best management team ever and was a perfect stay - thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The Airbnb is very spacious (for 6 people) and well decorated. It felt very homey. There are 2 pools you have access to in addition to the private plunge pool which we really liked. The security and staff were all very nice. They helped us get bikes, call taxis, etc. We also really enjoyed the recommendations left in the book in the airbnb (the restaurants are very tasty)! The location is pretty far into Aldea Zama (good to keep in mind because the biking estimates on google are not very accurate. Biking to the beach, grocery store, town is doable but a bit longer than expected especially during summer heat). Zama only has a few entrances so in order to leave the development you have to go around the whole thing.

This place was incredible! I celebrated my 30th birthday with four other people and it accommodated us perfectly. Check in was pretty easy other than the lock being a bit tricky. The pool upstairs was a bit small but still really nice way to cool down. All the decor was really beautiful. The host was really quick to respond to all the questions we had through out our stay. Definitely recommend this place for your Tulum stay. *I recommend renting a car (taxis were really expensive) *really good sushi restaurant in walking distance, Kokoro *beach bike ride was around 30mins
