The stay was very comfortable and excellent. 100% recommended. The beach is right in front, and the amenities are great. The staff responds immediately to any questions you have or help you need. I really felt right at home. I didn't even want to leave the villa because it's so comfortable and spacious. I would definitely visit it again on a future trip.

Great stay

The place is well located in the heart of the hotel zone. To improve, communicate with the host before arrival. After that, communication with the person in charge of the house was smooth.

FANTASTIC STAY. I would highly reccomend staying here and hiring susan as your private chef over going to a resort with a ton of people in your way and making noise. You had your own private pool and beach with this place. We had 10 people all staying and it was more than comfortable. It was walkable to the main strip for bar and Coco Bongo fun. US news continues to make mexico look like some war area. We never felt unsafe the entire time. Our host was very responsive and respectful. Would stay here again

Incredible spot! Susy is the BEST!!!!! She cooked some of the most amazing meals and was just generally so helpful in getting setup so we didn’t have to worry about things. WiFi didn’t work and the pool was out of commission for most of our stay but it was still worth it with how amazing the place is and how awesome Susy is!

My girlfriends and I were visiting for my bachelorette party and I could not have been more pleased with our experience. The house was truly breathtaking and had the most amazing view. The staff was incredible, very professional and extremely helpful. I'd recommend staying here time and time again and hopefully can return soon with my girls.

Everything was very good, 100% recommended, and very friendly and helpful!

By far, one of our favorite vacations spots. The house was perfect for our family. It was spacious, clean and the location was fantastic. It was within walking distance to everything important (grocery store, bus stop, shopping, gas station, pharmacy, etc). The one thing that we enjoyed more than anything was the staff. Suzie and Juan Jose are some of the most wonderful people we have ever met. They went above and beyond to make sure that our family was comfortable and taken care of the entire time we were there. Suzie prepared the most delicious meals and made accommodations for everyone in our party. Her and Juan Jose are 100% the reason we will be back over and over again. The entire team worked well together and catered to our every need. This vacation will go down in the books as one of our best vacation spots because of the beautiful people that come with this rental property.

Tania was fabulous and responded to everything. The house and beach and pool were fabulous. Much nicer than even described. Susie was a wonderful cook. We had three nights. There were so much to do and play with. I absolutely loved everything about the trip

We absolutely loved our family reunion here . Accommodating 5 adults and 7 kiddos nicely. The beach is absolutely amazing . Had kayaks, paddle boards and assorted sand toys for the littles. Highly recommend Chef Susie . She allowed us to change schedule and menu on the fly. Everyone loved her cooking , Mexican flair and options . Juan Jose visited daily with other maintenance crew to make sure everything was well maintained as well as accommodated all of our needs. The location cannot be beat . Located in a neighborhood between large resorts that are an easy walk if you would like to check out different amenities . Gas station / convenience store has most of everything you may need and is only an easy walk . Some things were a surprise to us . The fact that there was not dish washer , probably would have opted for more disposable plates , dinner ware and cups had we known. Also, maybe we missed it in the description but the hot tub / spa is NOT heated . Great place ! Very relaxing :)
