Everything was amazing! Ricardo and Ms. Luz's service was the best. They always helped us. We would definitely come back. The house has a spectacular view, and the pool water is very warm. You really enjoy it.

The hosts are very friendly but the house definitely needs maintenance and a higher level of cleanliness. It is designed to rent to many people and not for less than 4, since the maintenance of the house is not luxurious, but the hosts are definitely respectful and friendly.
Ricardo's house is recommended, it is in a very nice and quiet area. Besides, the house is exactly as described in the publication. Their employees (cook and cleaning) were always attentive to us and helped us feel at home. The house has details and needs some maintenance, nothing exaggerated. Just a few points: 1. We asked if the house included towels and they replied that yes, but there are only 2 towels per bathroom (there are 3 bathrooms). There were 11 of us and as they told us that there were, we had to share towels every day. 2. The bathroom furniture has a lot of cockroaches, since they are old and made of wood, they can be a source for these insects. 3. Many of the dishes were chipped, this is due to use but could be improved. Thanks for the experience Ricardo, we'll definitely be back.

Excellent stay for vacationing, the rooms are very comfortable and cool. There are few stairs and that makes it more accessible compared to other houses. Excellent attention from the hosts
The house is very nice, large and the view is beautiful, however I think that it does need maintenance in some parts of the house, the attention of Mrs. Luz is very good, she is very kind and helpful.
The house needs maintenance and there were several details that made the stay a little uncomfortable, for example the presence of cockroaches and animals in some bathrooms and the most uncomfortable was that the bathroom on the first floor did not work the lever to lower it, therefore you had to remove the lid and do it manually, when we made the comments to the person who was answering us he told us the following: "for the next time, make sure you rent a new house because wherever you go there will be details no matter how good it is"; However, something that helped us a lot in our stay were Dalia and Luz in charge of the house, they were always very attentive and helpful. Luz did the cleaning very well and supported us as much as she could in situations that were in her control and Dalia cooked very well and was always very attentive to buying ingredients for meals. The house is very nice, it has a very nice view and it is a great place to spend time with family.
Everything was very good. Reina Cardo was always in touch. The house staff were very attentive, they helped us contact a person who cooks and everything was very tasty.
