Beautiful place, loved it! Would definitely come back again! And to add to the beautiful view, beautiful surroundings, was the great service Don Cayetano provided, he was above and beyond helpful, kind, truly a great host! I would recommend this place to family and friends 🤍

The place is really beautiful and quite spacious, ideal for a comfortable and quiet stay. Everything was very well cared for and the atmosphere feels pleasant from the moment you arrive. The host was very friendly and cordial, always attentive and willing to help, which made the experience even better. I definitely recommend this place and would love to come back next time.

The view of the lake from the house is truly breathtaking. Stunning in the morning and evenings. We had a lovely stay.

La Casa sobre la roca it’s a hidden gem. This house it’s not only beautiful but also has the best view of lake Atitlan. It is about 10 min away from the town (driving) so it would be great if you bring everything you need to cook as we did. The house was very clean, spacious and every corner has something to admire. Adolfo was very helpful helping us to find the house!

We had a great time during our stay, we had no problems getting to the place and the highlight is the unparalleled views that this beautiful place offers. We definitely hope to stay again... Both the host and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Amazing location! The views are incredible, will definitely be returning as soon as possible. Only things to keep in mind- from the house to the dock is over 100 steps, not too bad but definitely something to consider if you have mobility issues. Second thing is to ensure you bring everything you’ll want and need with you to the house. The location is secluded and you need to account for all meals and snacks you’ll want (there’s not coffee or cooking oil in the kitchen). The host was incredibly responsive and helpful and the family that lives onsite to care for the home and grounds is very friendly and attentive. Truly loved my stay here.

GREAT PLACE TO RELAX

Spectacular place! Incredible views!

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb. The photos do not do it justice, the views are even better in person. And it’s a huge space, we were only five people and it could definitely fit more comfortably. Just for people’s awareness, the house is a bit isolated, the closest town is a 15 minute walk with only a few restaurants. However, Felipe is very helpful arranging drivers or a private boat to other towns with more options! Felipe, the on-site house manager, was incredibly kind and helpful, he elevates the experience and does an amazing job maintaining the gardens. Overall this house is wonderful if you want peace and quiet and to enjoy one of the most beautiful homes I’ve ever seen.

The place is perfect, the photos don't manage to describe how beautiful it is, I assure you it's even better than what you see! Both Adolfo and the person who takes care of the place were super friendly, we had a small activity and they supported us in everything! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
