1. A very nice place and surroundings. 2. Airb&b is forbidden and the owner hides those who rent, and tells you that you can't go down through the lobby, but from the back, that is, you have to be sneaky and afraid of being kicked out. 3. We arrived and it wouldn't go away, I was eating in the kitchen. 4. He came several times while we were staying. We had no peace thinking that at any time he would come in without us being there. 5. He spoke badly to us because after he gave the wrong address and we couldn't find the place, he wouldn't let us ask so that they wouldn't fine him again. 6. Repeat many times that next time we do not do it through the platform but personally. 7. Stained cloths and a very dirty floor. I'LL SAY IT AGAIN, THE PLACE IS SUPER NICE….

Les expliqué a ustedes , que me multaron por que ya no quieren mas Airbb en el edificio. Por lo tanto pude haber anulado su reserva y no lo hice. Ustedes declararon y pagaron por 4 adultos y llegaron 5. Tampoco les dije nada ni les cobre nada extra. Les expliqué que estaba de vacaciones en mi país y que debí salirme de mi apartamento para dárselos a ustedes. Así que fue muy difícil para mi. Tenía varias razones valederas para anularles su reserva y devolverles el dinero. Y no se las anulé. Considero que son simplemente mal agradecidos. Vayan en Cayalá al Hotel les uniera saludo 3 veces más caro. Les di instrucciones de ingresos y no me escuchaban. Perdieron más conmigo porque no los hospedaré nunca más. Nunca pensé que fueran tan inhumanos.

The apartment is located within Cayalá, so it is in a safe and beautiful area. However, in the place where the apartment is located, Airbnb rentals are not allowed, so you have to be very careful with the neighbors and security officers, which made us very stressed because we had to be very quiet when walking through the corridors, and inside the apartment, which took away our peace of mind. In the reference photos of the apartment there were two sofa beds and we only found one, which meant that one person had no space to sleep. We had to adjust to sleeping quite uncomfortably. Apart from this, the living room curtain did not work, which interrupted the privacy of the space.

Comprendo su comentario y en realidad ya inicio a tener inconvenientes con los vecinos porque huéspedes precedentes hicieron fiesta en el apartamento. Lo que creo incomodidad para los vecinos. Siento mucho y pido disculpas por los inconvenientes que pasó.

We loved getting to know the area and enjoying a beautiful home. Suly was a great host, always attentive to our arrival and needs. We would have liked to have a longer stay.
