To make it clear - you need a 4x4 vehicle to reach this location. Description was not clear in that regard. The hill is no joke even for 4 young in shape adults. Multiple things broken (dishwasher, toilet, AC remotes) The view is amazing and the actual apartment is spacious and nice. If you don’t mind driving up a steep hill it’s a great option for the area.

We had a great stay at Alice’s house. Location was perfect with a beautiful views and sound of the ocean. Watching monkeys and birds while sipping coffee was a perfect way to start the day. House was very spacious and comfortable for our group of 5. All bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean and kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed meeting Alice who gave us some tips about the neighborhood. Wish we could stay longer !
