Cindy was an awesome, wholesome host. She was very responsive whenever I may have needed extra assistance. She made sure to check on my guests & I for comfort measures. Outside of her hospitality, the home was even more beautiful than the pictures! Very accommodating. I will most likely always book here when visiting Cabo! Thank you again Ms. Cindy!

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location is unbeatable, and the property was sparkling clean. Cindy was a fantastic host, she is super responsive, and Cindy gave the best local recommendations. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend booking if you get the chance! 10/10 across the board!!!

This place is exactly as described in the listing. Great location, private and walkable. Apartment is very comfortable. The host Cindy is friendly and very responsive. We had a great time.

Great service, clean rooms with plenty of clean towels, great morning view. The host (Cindy) was very nice and responsive at all the time of needs. Place is super close to everything around 10 to 15 mint walk to most restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Cabo San Lucas. The space itself was beautiful — well-appointed, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything felt clean and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to settle in right away. The location was a standout. Being within walking distance of the marina was incredibly convenient, we could easily stroll over to browse the shops, grab a meal, or just take in the views without ever needing to worry about transportation. It’s the kind of location that makes a vacation feel effortless. If you’re looking for a well located, comfortable condo in Cabo for a family getaway, this is it. We’d happily stay again.

Cindy has a nice condo, but there are several important things to be aware of. The hot water in the unit is very limited, we stayed for 7 days and ended up taking cold showers most of the time. The outdoor showers by the pool are also only cold water. The two swimming pools on the property were extremely cold and not really usable, which was disappointing since we were traveling with children and were hoping to use them. The sauna was not working during our stay, and overall the building feels like it could use better maintenance. The property is located on a steep hill, so walking anywhere is quite difficult and not very practical. On the weekends, we noticed groups of younger people in the complex who were very loud and noisy, which made it feel less like a relaxing vacation environment.Additionally, after checkout, the host claimed damages that we felt were excessive and out of proportion. It left us feeling uncomfortable and frankly, like we were being taken advantage of.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points for future guests: The unit’s private shower has consistent hot water and is fully functional. The community showers in the shared bathroom area, which are for rinsing before pool use & operate at ambient temperature Our listing does not offer or advertise a sauna, as it is an amenity reserved for owners only. The pools are unheated, as clearly stated in our listing and typical for Cabo San Lucas. The pools were used regularly during his stay. The property is on a hillside, about a 10–15 minute walk to downtown and the marina. Most guests choose and love this location for its walkability, & rideshare is inexpensive for the return. Building enforces quiet hours starting at 10 pm any problem can be reported to me or on site security. For transparency, this review was submitted after a damage claim through Airbnb . The unit was returned in poor condition & handled through Airbnb. We wish you the best in your future travels.

Cindy was an excellent host! The Airbnb was very clean, the location was perfect, and she was flexible with my early check-in since my flight arrived earlier. She also checked in to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely stay here again. 🙏
