The place was amazing! The person in charge of taking care of the property was extremely nice and welcoming! He helped us with our luggage’s when we arrived and left. The property is three different levels. The bottom levels are the three bedrooms the second level is the living room kitchen and outdoor seating area. The first level is the pool (which was cleaned for us and is not cold)! Beds felt amazing the shower was amazing. The drive to the house is a bit bumpy which is completely normal. The property overall felt like home.

I think the price is high in relation to the quality of the service offered. Although the stay includes use of the pool, it is practically impossible to enjoy it due to the low water temperature. As a suggestion, it would be convenient if, for the price you pay, at least a few hours of pool heating were included. This would significantly improve the guest experience, especially considering that there are other lakefront Airbnbs offering similar rates.

What a beautiful property! The setting is stunning and really exceeded our expectations. Jazmin and Jairo were incredible — so warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel so welcome. The one thing worth noting for future guests: be prepared for bugs. We’re talking full-on swarms, not just the occasional critter you’d expect in a nature setting. We totally understand the location comes with wildlife, but a heads-up in the listing would go a long way in helping guests come prepared. Overall, a memorable stay but just wasn’t prepared for the bugs.

The most beautiful place we've ever been to. Everything is super nice. It has become a favorite place 😍 The view is wonderful. We are totally in love with this place and the maintenance staff were the best. I recommend it 💯 ❤️

Beautiful views of Lago de Coatepeque! The place felt private and was a short drive to restaurants and stores. I would come back :)

A group of 7 visited for 4 nights and 5 days. The house is very big with beautiful views of the lake. However, the living room/ kitchen are on the top floor, the walls are all dirty, couch and dinning table chairs are all stained. Plates and kitchen utensils were not cleaned thoroughly, we had to asked for a new sponge and vinegar to do the dishes. The 3 bedrooms that were available to us, were on the bottom floor. Excellent views of the lake once again, but there’s no furniture, no closets. The walls are dirty and barely any walking space. The room with 3 beds had a bad sewage smell. We had to ask for new sheets and towels for all the rooms because everything was stained and smelled like humid. There were bugs that would come in the room even with the doors close all the way. JAIRO was the nicest and most attentive house attendant. He was very nice and always willing to help us, he gave us cleaned towels and sheets. Always available for anything we needed. Overall okay stay.

This property was beautiful and relaxing. My family enjoyed their stay and were comfortable. The housekeeper Jairo was very attentive and responsive. He wouldn’t let anytime go by before he replied to my messages. If you’re good with following Google Maps or Waze then you won’t have trouble finding the property. We reached it without issue and we arrived at 10pm, it was pitch black outside. There is literally a single road to get up there. From the main road up to the property it is about 10-15 mins on mostly flat dirt. We were there at the end of March and bugs were hardly a problem. You’re up in the mountains you can expect a few creepy crawlers but we didn’t have a mosquito or fly issue. Overall, this property was perfect! I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the place! Had the best view of the lake. I would recommend bringing bug spray due to the amount of mosquitoes that are up there due to being surrounded by nature. Also - definitely important to have the right vehicle to get up to the house. All in all! We would definitely stay here again, a complete experience!
