The place is beautiful, cozy, and the host's service is very timely. As an opportunity for improvement, the maintenance of the place could be better, especially in such a beautiful place.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The house was a great size for our three small families and worked especially well for traveling with dogs. The view was beautiful, and the layout of the home was thoughtfully done — each family had privacy and comfortable personal space while still having great common areas to spend time together. The location perched above Santa Teresa was also a big plus, giving easy access to town while still feeling quiet and away from the bustle. The home could benefit from some maintenance, deeper cleaning, and a restock of basic kitchen items for the number of guests it accommodates. The photos also did not fully reflect the current condition of parts of the property and furnishings. Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed the property.

Spectacular accommodation. We had some problems that were solved by contacting the girl who manages the house. There are certain technical aspects that should be improved, such as power outages. The refrigerator sometimes stopped working, and the food spoiled. Also, the water pressure in the showers was weak. We found a piece of pizza that had been in the oven for weeks, and when we contacted them, they took care of it (but I think there should be more attention to cleanliness before new guests arrive). Otherwise, the house is spectacular with incredible views, although it's difficult to access unless you have a 4x4 car or rent a quad.

Casa Noa is located in a privilige location in Santa Teresa, The infinite pool is the perfect spot to see the sunset and the kitchen is well equipped. As overall comment the house requiere maintenance but nothing avoid to enjoy the property and have a good time at santa Teresa
